The easy handling of creating selection and output screens. The possibility of using formulas to create specific scenarios.

The handling of complex issues is a bit like trial and error, because there is no possibility for something like debugging to reconstruct what is the reason for a result.

The query manager we use to create reports, especially for LSO.

Upgrade from Query Manager 3 to Query Manager 4 is very complex, due to conversation of existing querys.

Different Querys can be customized from business. Also complex ones on the payresults.
