**What do you like best about QuantumDesk?**

I really like QuantumDesk's native AI feature. Initially, I was skeptical about their AI capabilities, but it clearly helps me by prioritizing tasks. This feature allows me to focus on high-impact customer support tickets. Another thing I appreciate is the pricing and native capabilities of QuantumDesk, which played a major role in my decision to choose it for customer support without looking elsewhere. The initial setup didn't take much time, and the team was very supportive in helping us get everything set up properly. Also, I integrate QuantumDesk with Gmail and WhatsApp, which brings all the messages into one single view.

**What do you dislike about QuantumDesk?**

I wouldn't say within the product, but they would need to set up few more integrations. LinkedIn is an integration that they do not support right now, so I am having a workaround on that right now. For other companies, maybe if they can have more integrations, that could be really helpful.

**What problems is QuantumDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use QuantumDesk to manage customer support tickets centrally from WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. The AI helps me prioritize and focus on high-impact tickets. Integrating with Gmail and WhatsApp gives me a single view of all queries.
