Having Quantum is way better because it avoids losing the document/accessing outdated versions/etc. I also like that you're able to schedule meetings via Outlook through Quantum. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** While I do like that you're able to schedule meetings through Quantum to Outlook, I wish there was a way to add a Microsoft Teams meeting link. The system is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for managers and employees to engage in meaningful performance discussions and continuous feedback. The recognition feature is a great way to foster a positive work culture, allowing peers to acknowledge and celebrate achievements. So far, the platform has been effective in streamlining performance management and enhancing transparency. We plan to launch the employee engagement survey portion in April and look forward to seeing how it further supports our workforce strategy. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The platform is newer, and so they are still developing certain features of the platform. They still have some kinks to work out and some features could be improved upon or expanded. We have provided feedback to the development team and hope to see some of these changes implemented in the near future. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing one platform to help manage these initiatives - one single repository for performance reviews. They are continuing to refine their features and develop new ones that compliment the ever evolving workspace. Every QW employee I've worked with has a customer focus and is in general, a person you enjoy working with. As an end-user, Quantum is easy to navigate, train on, and visually appealing. There are low barriers to entry to stand up QW in your organization and get employee's utilizing it. As an administrator I also appreciate the integrations with HRIS and Teams. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** As a company of 300+ employees, I do find that some of the newer features of Quantum are more applicable and attractive to a larger workforce than a smaller, more nimble organization. I'm specifically thinking of the new Growth feature. Other features though like Recognition and Feedback are great for any size company. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum has helped us have a tool for people to give and request feedback, which we know is a skill that is difficult to refine and comes with head trash from employees. QW makes feedback less intimidating, more customizable, and more frequent.
