**What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

I use Qualtrics Employee Experience to gauge employee satisfaction and host a virtual suggestion box. I love how I can easily customize interactions for each department while keeping the core consistent. The dashboards are really nice once you learn how to customize them, and there are a lot of reporting features and AI tools that managers can use. Each manager can see how their team compares to the department and organization overall on several metrics and even specific questions.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

It is really difficult to get accurate employer data into the platform. There is a HUGE assumption that every company uses one of the big-name software and has an internal HR department. We are still performing a lot of manual steps to update employee data since we use a smaller HR vendor. The concept was easy but in reality, this is the hard part for us. Qualtrics should have a graphics component that does this for us.

**What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualtrics Employee Experience lets us know what employees really think over time, helping assess if changes work. I like the customizable interactions and dashboards that offer insights into team performance.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

I love that Qualtrics Employee Experience is handled through a service platform and a service contract, so I'm very hands-off. The Qualtrics team really helps a lot by doing most of the legwork with surveying, deploying the survey, analyzing the results, and producing the final product. The support we get from the team makes everything very easy for me. This setup also helps in building trust with our employees since it increases the anonymity and validity of the results, making employees feel safer providing honest feedback.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

I do feel like the adoption of AI could be improved, and perhaps the Qualtrics services team is doing that already, and I just don't have visibility to that.

We use Qualtrics Employee Experience to collect feedback from over 29,000 employees, making it easier to understand employee satisfaction. It enhances trust by ensuring anonymity, increasing the validity of insights and helping create a happier workplace.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

Having the ability to read the raw data and then segment it out to provide specific sections to different departartment heads was the best part.  We also like the ability to modify most of the dashboard to meet our visual needs to represent the data easily.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

Some of the specifics on the Dashboard that were not able to be modified were not my favorite.  Working in higher Ed, we have a specific style guide we are required to adhere to and some things we were not able to modify to meet those requirements.  We had to get special permission for those things we could not change becasue the print outs from the dashbard was seen by executives and senior leadership.

**What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us identify gaps in our processes, employee experiences, leadership, traiing, staff opportunities, developmental opportunities, ect.  That is the data we collect and then make decisions on that for the next academic year.

Really easy to use interface that aggregated employee comments into major "themes" without breaking anonymity, even on the smaller teams.

Relevant and updated meathodology (example the intent to stay questions being time bound were specifically helpful).

Incredbile professional services to help us work fast and grow the value of our insights up to the executive teams.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

I had my account team that I loved change, but the new one is still great.

**What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to keep a more real time pulse on how my team is doing vs ONLY getting one big report a year (our business moves way faster than that).  It benefits me to watch the trends against our 5 KPIs and understand if employees feel great about work or bad at work.  

I use it to facilitate a quarterly dialouge through the results - people feel empowered to talk about where we're doing great and where we are falling short because they know we look at, share, and act on the data.

Preston Donohoo, with Red Pepper, has been fantastic to partner with. He is thorough, excellent at training and his customer support is outstanding. He  made our implementation go very smoothly. We have found the Qualtrics engagement survey and 360s tools easy to use, with the ability to dive deep into our results. We would definitely recommend Qualtrics to others.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

All I can say is it is great for gathering data and analyzing it further to get an effective feedback. The access to real-time insights into the sentiment analysis which is really helpful to make data-driven decisions. Moreover, I like the easy-to-use interface make it accessible for the teams to monitor and implement properly. To conclude this, it enhance employee engagement in my opinion.

Because of its loaded features it is very overwhelming for new users and specially it becomes harder for people who have no little knowledge on the design and data analysis. The cost is little higher for smaller organizations that might find the pricing a little unfair.

Personally for me, the real-time insights and actionable feedback for the data gathered and it is easy to turn into actionable insights accordingly.

The surveys it's able to conduct, the feedback it's able to collect, the analysis you can derive as a result are top drawer. A really easy to use and implement solution that helps with staff management and adjustment.

My favorite part is the privacy it offers to users and survey creators. I also love that you can break down how you see the results into images or export them as an Excel chart for further analysis.

There really isn't anything specific I don't like about Qualtrics Employee, I've never been given reason to doubt that a survey works properly and efficiently.

It has a somewhat limited design, it would be great if it grew in terms of customization. Integrating data into other databases such as SAP can be complex.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

What I like about Qualtrics EX best is the user-friendly system that is easy to navigate as an admin user. The online work instructions and the Qualtrics Basecamp are helpful when first navigating their system. They have tons and tons of resources for you to start implementing your first survey and getting on the right track to better your employee experience.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

What I dislike about the product is hard to say but the only issues I have would be to have more widgets to use to display data or have more customizations when it comes to that. The widgets now are great but for some such as the key analysis widgets you have to select your questions one by one besides just selecting all at once. Not a huge issue but just a small thing that I can point out.

**What problems is Qualtrics Employee Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem EX is solving is not necessarily a problem but more to gain insight into how different key areas are affecting employee engagement. We did not utilize surveys prior to the year 2022 as much as we should have but Qualtrics makes it easy to measure areas such as intent to stay, perception with leadership, and wellness. You can easily see which questions have the highest correlation and what are the main key drivers to focus on. In the future, EX is helping us solve the problem of the disconnect we have with our workforce and is taking us into the right direction to gain their trust.

I appreciate the flexibility and comprehensive features of Qualtrics Employee Experience most. It serves various purposes on a single platform, such as enabling registration for programs/events, conducting work environment surveys and soliciting employee feedback; it also helps with strategic planning initiatives by providing valuable insights from employees based on surveys or polls. In addition to this functional aspect, I am grateful for the support offered in form of training resources that Qualtrics University provides which are accessible over phone calls - making it even more convenient than ever

I dislike the fact that Qualtrics Employee Experience is not very user-friendly and can become confusing when trying to perform certain tasks. Often times, we have had difficulty understanding how to grant access or edit settings which required us to contact Support for assistance. This makes it difficult for typical users who should be able find simple solutions on their own without needing outside help.

One of the functionalities of EX that I like is Text IQ. The Text IQ functionality helps us understand what our employees are talking about and what are their sentiments pretty quickly. This helps us to provide employees with better benefits and improve on the things suggested in the comments in a optimal way.

One of the lacking thing in Qualtrics EX, specifically one of the modules i.e lifecycle is the org hierarchy. it would be great if the lifecycle module has a way to add org hierarchies.

EX has helped us understand the problems we are having in employee engagement. Employee engagement modules helps us improve on the KPIs which has help us to implement changes suggested by the employee in the survey which has helped improve the overall morale of the organization and increase productivity. The EX25 template is a very well designed solution which has helped us focus on the drivers to improve our KPIs.

The Qualtrics Employee Experience platform is easy to use and empowering for your experience practitioners. It has helped us execute cyclical, event-driven, and ad-hoc surveys to a degree we previously could not achieve. The consultative expertise of the IO psych teams at Qualtrics cannot be understated. Without the help of expert practitioners, we would not be where we are today. Access to these teams is somewhat limited, and the company prefers to partner with 3rd parties to deliver this expertise. Once integrated, the platform is straightforward to use with little support from the Qualtrics tech side. Qualtrics EX is an excellent option for anyone who doesn't need a hands-on vendor and is comfortable enough in their EX maturity to administer their programs with little insight or oversight or anyone who prefers to use 3rd party support for the consultative services.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

SSO and integration are still somewhat of a sticking point. The design time for large-scale projects can also take longer than anticipated. 
Comment analysis technology is still behind where we want it to be, but we haven't seen any alternatives doing much better.

The overall survey process was cumbersome and challenging to navigate before using Qualtrics EX. The platform has enabled a more streamlined approach by reducing the turnaround from survey to results. The dashboards have simplified the way we push results down through the organization.

The tool overall is intuitive. Hoping the guides are more on video rather than text or screenshots. The community is also helpful. As a first time user of Qualtrics. I didn't have many challenges understanding the platform. Just hoping the tour guide at the starter menu is more informative.

Data integration to other databases like SAP seems complicated. We need to pay third-party support to configure it, which takes many billable hours. Validating dashboard data is challenging as I need to move to a different tab to see the actual data. This would be a better user experience if something like excel that if you select the filter, you can download those data components within the filtered dashboard.

Once the Request for Proposals had been finalized, all of the promised features needed to be implemented. I love how easy it is to navigate. The platform is really easy to use. I also like the interpretation of the results. I love the ease of the questions. I love the simplicity of the product. It is really simple and easy to use.

Sometimes it can get a bit repetitive. I would love to see more of a variety. I would also like to encourage more feedback from my team. I would love a free text box. The filters need more work.

It is the most valuable tool I have. It helps us understand what the organization needs to focus on. They have one of the most robust partnership programs. The report is simple but insightful. The reports the capacity of the employees are incredible.

I love how it connects me with all the spaces that interest me. I also like the design of the app. It's a great way to keep up to date. I love that you can connect with anyone. It is a very positive way of sharing data.

I find it a bit difficult to recognize which button is selected. I wish the notifications were a bit better. It would also be nice if you could put some external links. I would like to have access to more accurate statistics.

It is a great tool to keep me informed. The user experience is excellent. The UI screen is nice. It keeps us updated on daily activities. It also helps us keep all employees engaged.

I like that Qualtrics Employee Experience offers a comprehensive set of features to help me measure and manage employee engagement. It has everything from surveys, 360 feedback, and sentiment analysis to engagement dashboards and actionable insights. It also has a great user interface that makes it easy to collect and visualize data. I also like that I can integrate the tool with other products, like Slack or Salesforce, and that it allows me to customize the surveys and feedback forms. Finally, I appreciate the fact that I've gotten excellent support from their team if I have any questions or issues!

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Employee Experience?**

The only thing I don't like about Qualtrics Employee Experience is that the higher-level plans can be quite expensive. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the product.
