QT9's ERP system has allowed our company to streamline a lot of our processes primarily shipping and inventory management. The QT9 team is friendly and responds quickly to any questions that our team has. The only downsides to the QT9 ERP software is that it does not completely mesh with our paper based system we had prior to using this product. The QT9 support staff were able to help us set things up as closely as possible while we were required to update our own procedures to compensate. After spending a year working to implement another ERP solution, our team decided to find a different ERP that better suited our company needs. After months of research and demonstrations, we found QT9 ERP and knew almost immediately it would suit our needs to manage our complex manufacturing environment. Coupled with their QT9 QMS system, it’s a single solution to manage our ERP, MRP and QMS needs across all our business platforms.

Some of the best features of the QT9 ERP allow us to customize our workflow and BOMs to fit our complex manufacturing needs. The ability to control multiple locations, and multiple workflows, with MRP tracking built in, is a helpful in mapping out our business and resource planning needs. Working in Class II medical devices it is important to use a validated system, QT9 checks this box at no additional cost. Another great feature is the synchronization with the QT9 QMS.

QT9 license is floating and is great, especially in a startup world.

Job module and electronic DHR are a must-have and QT9 does it right.

A couple of other modules/functions will be nice to add to have a complete solution: Service, DHF, Requirements Traceability, and the ability to send documents for signatures such as Adobe Sign or Docu Sign.

For a small company this sw package has all the basic offerings. We are a medical device company and myself, the FDA & ISO auditors liked the traceability, control of documents and everything was there at our fingertips from Management review to Documents to CAR's. Qt9 is always responsive to our questions and resolving issues. They have incorporated some of our suggestions into their sw updates. It is intuitive to new users and easy to use. We have configured their ECR module to handle storage of documents and electronic signoff for Validation Protocols,Reports, Design review meetings, Stop & Resume Ships, and other processes that need sign-off in addition to its ECR capability. One of the items on our wish lists is to be able to limit daily emails to weekly for some people. The common complaint is that people don't look at them (deleting) because a notification appears every day.
