Their team is very knowledgeable and they have multiple SME's that are able to understand our questions and able to fully answer any concern we threw at them. **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** Customization of reports is an additional charge but they have free Power BI options that could fill in the gap. **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory and finished product costing. ### 5. The QT9 team is friendly and responds quickly to any questions that our team has. The training they provide as well as check-ins are great ways that they allow us to learn more about the product that they provide. **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** The only downsides to the QT9 ERP software is that it does not completely mesh with our paper based system we had prior to using this product. The QT9 support staff were able to help us set things up as closely as possible while we were required to update our own procedures to compensate. These sorts of problems were expected as no company can build a software packaged that can accomodate the needs of every company. **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ERP software streamlined our shipping process tremendously! Before this system, we had multiple logs and forms that would need to be completed before and after shipping. Now, with the ERP system in place this has been reduced and our paper records are no longer required to fill out! ### 6. After months of research and demonstrations, we found QT9 ERP and knew almost immediately it would suit our needs to manage our complex manufacturing environment. Coupled with their QT9 QMS system, it’s a single solution to manage our ERP, MRP and QMS needs across all our business platforms. Some of the best features of the QT9 ERP allow us to customize our workflow and BOMs to fit our complex manufacturing needs. The ability to control multiple locations, and multiple workflows, with MRP tracking built in, is a helpful in mapping out our business and resource planning needs. **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** So far, we haven't found anything that doesn't suit our needs. **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** QT9 ERP is helping us add value and reduce overall costs by getting a better view of our organization's operations. Another great feature is the synchronization with the QT9 QMS. QT9 license is floating and is great, especially in a startup world. Job module and electronic DHR are a must-have and QT9 does it right. The compliance module is great, especially during audits. **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** A couple of other modules/functions will be nice to add to have a complete solution: Service, DHF, Requirements Traceability, and the ability to send documents for signatures such as Adobe Sign or Docu Sign. These are modules that a Class II medical device organization is using intensively, and in order for QT9 to compete in the Medical Device market a must-have down the road. **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving from a paper-based company to a paperless and fully validated solution ### 10. We are a medical device company and myself, the FDA & ISO auditors liked the traceability, control of documents and everything was there at our fingertips from Management review to Documents to CAR's. Qt9 is always responsive to our questions and resolving issues. They have incorporated some of our suggestions into their sw updates. It is intuitive to new users and easy to use. We have configured their ECR module to handle storage of documents and electronic signoff for Validation Protocols,Reports, Design review meetings, Stop & Resume Ships, and other processes that need sign-off in addition to its ECR capability. For the cost, the flexibility, electronic signature and traceability is worth trying out the system. **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** One of the items on our wish lists is to be able to limit daily emails to weekly for some people. The common complaint is that people don't look at them (deleting) because a notification appears every day. Training module is a little inflexible, but they are looking at improving it and also improving the report outputs. **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like most that our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems are now in one (software) place. We no longer need to create and store our documentation, audits, suppliers, inspections, change control, risk assessment , calibration, projects, management review, corrective actions in multiple locations and formats. ### 11. It's great to use for inventory because you can connect items purchased to the suppliers and it makes the process for receiving and purchasing items really easy **What do you dislike about QT9 ERP?** It can get a little complicated and overwhelming, there's always something new to learn. Otherwise there isn't anything else to dislike about the QT9 ERP **Recommendations to others considering QT9 ERP:** Make sure that you learn all that you can, watch the videos, take plenty of notes and ask very many questions **What problems is QT9 ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of the information that we need is easier to access with QT9 ERP, it makes having audits a breeze.
