The UI for managing users and adding new questions is really clunky, old-school. You can't even change a question type from single-choice to multiple-choice. You have to make a new question in another browser tab and cut and paste the question and answers from one tab to another. When it comes to verifying competency in the field, scenario-based questions are recommended to simulate real-life sales situations and can indicate whether a sales person can think critically and apply their knowledge. Overlaying proficiency intel on those questions or topics from Qstream with productivity and performance data from your CRM or sales performance system such as Salesforce.com can build a better profile of competency and impact on results. Instructing: gives coordinate bits of knowledge into who is adapting and who isn't so enablement endeavors can be engaged. Might want to see this broadened with the goal that we could really encounter the majority of the qstream benefits. Announcing: we just approached a portion of the reports so would have jumped at the chance to see more detail and can make custom reports. Content Creation: we were not ready to make our own inquiries and streams yet needed to depend on the outside group. Self-creation and self-coordinated streams would have been best.
