**What do you like best about Qpien?**

It helps to connect with your customers that are available on different channels under one roof. It supports many communication channels like whatsapp, facebook, instagram etc. Its easy to use all in one communication channel will help to reduce resolution time.

**What do you dislike about Qpien?**

Disklike i found about Qpien is its pricing that is quite high and in the trial version provided there is not much features are available to use.

**What problems is Qpien solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qpien is helping to manage the customer communication. With its target message option you can send specific message to the customer that has interest in specific prodcut. You can also send alert for the downtime directly from Qpien pannel.
