**What do you like best about Qobro - Cobranza?**

I like how it helps me keep track of the clients that have not made payments yet, and it is a neutral platform that reminds them to pay because when we do it internally, it can come off as rude.

**What do you dislike about Qobro - Cobranza?**

I know the software is very new so it is very likely that some updates will be coming soon, since it has some bugs on buttons sometimes and a confusing UX.

**What problems is Qobro - Cobranza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of contacting clients constantly, usually every month and reminding them their payment is due. This task usually takes up a lot of time and can sometimes come off too aggressive or direct for some clients, which is why having a third party friendly reminding them to make the payment makes everything way more polite and standarized.

**What do you like best about Qobro - Cobranza?**

They provide a preventive service that will allow you to avoid the most tiresome process of running after the payers and asking for the due amount. They can provide all-in-one service to avoid such inconveniences.

**What do you dislike about Qobro - Cobranza?**

It is hard to think of the downside of Qobro - Cobranza as they truly provided an amazing service and helped our company to recover the seemingly lost due portfolios without loosing the customers

**What problems is Qobro - Cobranza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with maximum recovery. However, they look at the possible causes and always help to determine the root cause of customer dissatisfaction in order to avoid such inconveniences later.
