No frame of reference with other companies offering the same, so no comment there. **What do you dislike about Qlearsite?** Little to comment in this area; there have been issues in the past, but Qlearsite always keen to work with us to resolve. **What problems is Qlearsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Qlearsite product is helping us to identify the areas across the Group that staff feel needs addressing, or where things are being done well, so can be replicated elsewhere. Our annual engagement survey (provided by Qlearsite) is not the sole feedback mechanism we use, but it can draw out views from staff that aren't aired elsewhere, or it can also re-inforce messages received via other channels. This ensures we are focussing on the areas that matter most to both business and it's employees. ### 2. We're a small organization and knowing how our people feel about various aspects of the organizational life is critical for our growth and development. ### 3. Doesn't recognize longer answers/paragraphs where several topics are mentioned in one answer. The report-builder is too rigid and should be more customizable. The UI is not looking good for the reports. **What problems is Qlearsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding organizational challenges and areas employees cares the most about. ### 6. Really like that there are quality ready-made surveys ready to use, with buildt in capabilities in the system for automated follow-up emails. After sending it out it's really all done for you. **What do you dislike about Qlearsite?** There are a few different ready made survey options, so for me i would have liked a "start with this one". But if you want more control I'd say this is a good thing. **What problems is Qlearsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee surveys and sharing the results from the surveys and measuring the impact of adjustments made. Normally something I would do yearly, but now I am doing another for the end of the quarter because it's an effective way to see if we need to do a course adjustment and if the impact of changes made are as anticipated. ### 7. Natural language processing capabilities are absolutely leading edge. This is important, I think, because people like to express themselves in free text, not juts confined to ticking boxes. **What problems is Qlearsite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are growing fast and need to keep our highly skilled teams across Europe motivated and engaged. Qlearsite and their novel approach to employee engagement enable us to monitor the big picture, from an organisational culture perspective, whilst diving in "forensically" into specific areas when needed.
