One of the great things about Qlearsite is that because we’re asking the right questions, we’re able to ask fewer of them – and still get much more meaningful outputs than you would with traditional surveys.

This means we typically achieve high response rates, and importantly higher completion rates because our questionnaires are interesting and to-the-point. Take for example with one of our key enterprise customers, we achieved an overall participation rate of 75% and a 99% response rate on open text questions compared to <50% previously.

We have also created a tried and tested comms plan that we implement before, during and after each survey so we can drive higher response rates.
