What do you like best about Purplepass?

I've been using Purplepass for my Halloween event for five years now, and it has consistently been an excellent tool for managing ticket sales, tracking attendance, handling revisions, managing comps, and setting up the event. I also appreciate that they offer rental equipment, but you can choose to use your own devices if you prefer. The customer service is outstanding—there is always a real person available to assist. What do you dislike about Purplepass?

Setting up initially takes a bit more time, but after that, it's easy to duplicate events and the user interface is much improved. I suggest getting support to assist with the first setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
