**What do you like best about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

It's simple to request time off from HR or your manager.  I don't have to email anyone or call anyone or have to explain it in a meeting. I can just put in the request, the reason for the request and the length of the request and await approval or rejection.  Also it's cool to be able to include documents that are relevant to requests to cut down on back and forth.

**What do you dislike about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

I don't like that my requests for time off can be denied.  Seriously though, it's a pretty good platform. I just needed to go over the training multiple times in order to learn how it works and how I can do specific actions.

**What problems is PurelyHR : Time-Off solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This saves time compared with emailing, calling, or setting up meetings just to handle time-off requests. It saves both me and HR time, and makes the whole request process quicker and easier.

It is easy to navigate and the fields are self explanatory and provide a holistic view

At time I face a lead time in moving across different sections (a mnior lag time)

Ease of navigating and providing the necessary insight on time off without unwannated complexity like work day

It's all about less paperwork and time saving.

**What do you dislike about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

Can't pass midnight when working overtime. Example, I had to put overtime from 8 pm to 2 am. We cannot do that with Purely.

Eliminate paperwork, and don't have to remember every hour worked after putting it in.

Easy to navigate website, makes timekeeping less of a chore compared to other systems we've used!

I haven't had any issues with PurelyHR as of yet!

**Recommendations to others considering PurelyHR : Time-Off:**

PurelyHR Time-Off has several unique features that our company uses to track time off. The system makes it easy for employees to see how many hours of time off they have available and of which time off type. We have the system set up so employees can see who else has requests off on certain days. We also limit the number of employees that can request off on a particular day. The request process is simple and allows you to pick full, partial, or unpaid days off.

**What problems is PurelyHR : Time-Off solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timekeeping, scheduling time off, viewing how much time off my employees have left, scheduling meetings (blocking requests).

Purely HR Time Off is amazingly customizable -- we have tried dozens of time-off solutions and Purely HR Time Off fits all of our (sometimes unusual) needs.

**What do you dislike about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

The only desired improvement would be a more customizable timesheet option that would integrate directly with the Time-Off application.

**What problems is PurelyHR : Time-Off solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PurelyHR: Time-Off has saved our organization an incredible amount of time, headaches, and money. Our staff are able to request, adjust, and cancel Time-Off requests from their phones, tablets, and computers with ease! Managers now have a full picture of all upcoming staff vacations and have been able to better-plan team meetings, etc. around upcoming staff vacations.

I love how easy purelyHR is to use. The system is straight forward and have a nice easy interface to navigate.

**What do you dislike about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

The purelyHR system will not let me have a day off if someone else has already booked it off. 

**What problems is PurelyHR : Time-Off solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PurelyHR allows me to see all other staff that have days off or vacation booked.

It is intuitive to use. Requesting time-off is just several clicks away.

**What do you dislike about PurelyHR : Time-Off?**

Login interface is a bit confusing. One has to remember the registered company name in order to log in for the first time.

**What problems is PurelyHR : Time-Off solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time-off management. Easy to find vacation days, personal days and company holidays. Also the calendar is very helpful to see all employees' time-off, so if you need to work with someone, you can plan ahead.
