It's simple to request time off from HR or your manager. I don't have to email anyone or call anyone or have to explain it in a meeting. I can just put in the request, the reason for the request and the length of the request and await approval or rejection. I don't like that my requests for time off can be denied. Seriously though, it's a pretty good platform. Recommendations to others considering PurelyHR : Time-Off: PurelyHR Time-Off has several unique features that our company uses to track time off. The system makes it easy for employees to see how many hours of time off they have available and of which time off type. We have the system set up so employees can see who else has requests off on certain days. We also limit the number of employees that can request off on a particular day.
