However, while integrating Puslfi with SF we faced a lot of technical glitches wherein Pulsifi did not support some of the standard SAP configs. **What problems is Pulsifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Based on a certain Job Requisition in an organisation, Pulsifi helps to assess a candidate and their skillsets. Recruiters can easily select the competencies or skills features on which they want to access their candidates. I like the fact that it has rank-to-fit scores, which quickly help the recruiter to derive the suitability of the candidates. The other plus point is that it has an integrated video chat feature that you can use to review the candidates' responses to predetermined questions. Overall, the system is very user-friendly and has a minimal learning curve. **What do you dislike about Pulsifi?** Not all screening questions and response is visible at the platform, which means there is a need to export the data out before you can view them. **What problems is Pulsifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have managed to improve our recruitment processing time as the system provides us an insight on the candidate's suitability.
