## About Pulse
Pulse is the world’s leading AI-native Feedback Intelligence Platform built for modern enterprises. In today’s digital-first world, customer feedback is scattered across endless channels — from support tickets, CRM notes, app store reviews, call transcripts, Slack channels, and social media chatter to D2C aggregator platforms. For product, customer success, and operations teams, this creates an overwhelming challenge: how to unify, prioritise, and act on fragmented signals at scale. Pulse solves this by transforming unstructured customer feedback into structured, revenue-driving intelligence. Powered by Agentic AI, the platform consolidates all feedback sources into a single source of truth, enriches them with business context (revenue, churn risk, NRR, CSAT, LTV, repeat orders), and drives AI-led workflows that help enterprises make smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions. For product teams, Pulse acts as a co-pilot for prioritisation and roadmap planning. It surfaces the most critical customer requests, links them to business outcomes, and even generates PRD drafts and roadmap hierarchies — helping teams move from feedback to execution seamlessly. For customer success teams, Pulse provides real-time alerts on at-risk accounts, churn signals, and recurring hotspots, enabling proactive resolution before revenue impact occurs. Instead of sifting through thousands of support tickets or NPS surveys, CS leaders gain instant clarity on the issues that matter most. For business operations teams in digital-native enterprises (e-commerce, fintech, food delivery, travel), Pulse helps uncover operational gaps like payment failures, onboarding bottlenecks, or logistics breakdowns by analyzing inputs from support desks, app reviews, loyalty programs, and call centers. These insights drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Unlike traditional product analytics tools or CX-only solutions, Pulse is purpose-built as a cross-functional intelligence layer. It doesn’t just analyze feedback — it closes the loop with traceable workflows, collaboration features, and audit trails that ensure alignment across product, CX, marketing, operations, and leadership teams. Pulse is more than a tool — it’s a movement toward data-backed, customer-obsessed decision-making. As enterprises adopt AI across engineering and operations, Pulse ensures that customer feedback doesn’t remain the bottleneck. Instead, it becomes the fuel for building products customers love, delivering proactive experiences, and driving sustainable business growth.

## Pulse Reviews
  ### 1. AI-Driven Feedback Insights with Stellar Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkata P. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

I like Pulse's AI as it has deep embedding that correctly classifies insights from feedback across multiple channels like direct feedback, Zendesk, sales calls, and Slack into appropriate modules for product management review. Pulse helps me by allowing the grouping of similar insights and merging similar feature requests into a single work item. I also find their copilot feature useful in requesting specific insights around features I'm brainstorming. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with our existing tools like Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, Avoma, and Slack.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

The product is still evolving and nascent, so we run into some bugs and glitches at times. It took more time than anticipated for the initial setup, though their team was helpful to resolve our issues.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulse lets customers share feature requests and prioritize them. Its AI classifies insights from feedback, helping prioritize and organize them for PMs to review, leading to a clearer roadmap.

  ### 2. Streamlined Data Analysis with Powerful Insight Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keegan D.

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

I like that Pulse consolidates data all in one place and allows you to use its classification Copilot to automatically identify problem trends. Consolidating data makes analysis a lot quicker. We would normally spend a lot of time on each data source, pulling out the data manually and getting it into a format where we can analyze it. Pulse makes this process very easy and quick by consolidating data from multiple sources. The classification Copilot is similar—it lets us quickly analyze and identify trends in our data without needing to use separate tools like LLMs or Spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

The UX could definitely be improved. It's a little unintuitive, and some of the icons are a little hard to understand. You have to go in and discover a lot of items yourself. We did also have a problem with the classification views not persisting, but now they have just released a feature where it should persist, so that was the major issue, and that should be solved right now.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulse to consolidate all our data in one place, making trends identification easier and faster with its classification Copilot, saving us from manual data analysis across multiple sources.

  ### 3. An Essential Co-Pilot for Any Product or Executive Leader

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chitra G. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

As a PM, I’ve evaluated countless tools that promise to unify insights, automate workflows, and reduce manual effort - Pulse is one of the very few that actually delivers.

Pulse consolidates intelligence from multiple sources effortlessly(sources that you rely on for insights in your day-to-day work), and the co-pilot genuinely enhances day-to-day decision-making. It has significantly reduced the time I spend gathering context, validating signals, and aligning stakeholders.

The platform is intuitive, fast to navigate, and designed in a way that supports real customer usage rather than forcing teams to adapt to the tool. The depth and quality of insights, paired with automation, make my job easily 10x easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

Being among the early customers, I’ve had the chance to see the platform evolve rapidly. While there were a few early-stage kinks, the team’s responsiveness and customer-centricity more than made up for it, and I can vouch that the experience is just enhancing day by day.

What stands out to me is how seriously the team listens — you genuinely feel heard, and suggestions convert into real improvements quickly. There’s nothing major I dislike today; the pace of innovation and support has consistently impressed me.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulse solves the challenge of scattered product insights and inconsistent decision-making. It brings customer feedback, signals, and internal data into one unified view, removing the need for manual consolidation across multiple tools.

  ### 4. Organizes Customer Insights, Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gopinath T. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

I use Pulse for understanding customer voice and insights, and I really appreciate how it collates all the feedback from different client calls. As a product manager, I like the way it organizes user feedback for me. The initial setup was pretty simple too.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

Sometimes the flow seems a little complicated to understand for beginners. Maybe give video examples of a general PM workflow and show them where Pulse will fit in.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulse to understand customer voice and insights. It collates all feedback from client calls and organizes user feedback effectively for me as a product manager.

  ### 5. Pulse Keeps Customer Feedback and Insights in One Source of Truth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath K. | Customer supports Operations Lead and Implementation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

This is the tool I use to build customer experience programs, and Pulse serves as the source of truth for that information. It really helps keep all feedback, insights, and interactions in one place, giving our teams a more holistic view.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

Nothing specific to say i dislike, teams are super supportive

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we have our own customer base and want to build CX programs, Pulse acts as a single source of truth for all the interactions we have with our clients and gives us relevant insights to take action on our side. It also helps us keep all product-related requests and roadmaps in one place, improving visibility and alignment across teams.

  ### 6. Saves time with feedback analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh C. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

We don’t have to spend hours going through tickets and calls anymore. Pulse pulls everything in one place and shows me patterns that I would have missed. Also, the AI copilot is handy, I can just ask a question and get a clear answer instead of digging through the entire data.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

A few more integrations could be smoother.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulse is helping us cut down the manual work of reading through every ticket, call note, or raw data. It shows us what customers are asking for most and where the biggest pain points are. This saves a lot of time for the product team and makes it easier to back roadmap decisions with actual data instead of just gut feeling.

The ability to integrate with multiple feedback sources and be one central place for all feedback.
