**What do you like best about PsyMetrics?**

PsyMetrics has been a great partner in our hiring process. Their Cognitive Profile Assessment gives us valuable insights into candidates’ abilities and helps us make more informed hiring decisions. The platform is simple to navigate, set-up was seamless, and the reporting is clear and easy to interpret. We also appreciate the flexibility of customization options, and their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about PsyMetrics?**

We haven’t experienced any major drawbacks so far. If anything, having even more benchmarking data or industry comparisons built into the reports could further enhance the insights.

**What problems is PsyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been using PsyMetrics’ Cognitive Profile Assessment as part of our hiring process, and it has been a valuable addition. The platform is easy to use, both for our team and for candidates, and the results provide clear insights that help us evaluate overall intelligence and problem-solving ability. The reporting is straightforward, and we’ve found the tool to be reliable and consistent. PsyMetrics has definitely added efficiency and objectivity to our selection process.

PsyMetrics is an exceptionally reliable and results-driven organization that consistently delivers high-quality outcomes. Dr. Llobet is always available and flexible, readily adapting to changing needs and supports  our team and our clients without hesitation. PsyMetrics contributes to our clients goals and significantly to project success. They foster a strong, positive working relationship and bring a solution-oriented mindset. I would confidently recommend them to any distributor or employer seeking a dependable, high-performing partner.

We have no negative experiences working with PsyMetrics.

PsyMetrics provides our clients with a robust library of assessment options, which empower them to assess for all positions.  Their tools can be used for skills, cognitive, behavioral, personality and a combination of all!

The ease of their platform and great customer service.

**What do you dislike about PsyMetrics?**

I can't think of any downsides to using PsyMetrics.

**What problems is PsyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PsyMetrics allows our business to find the "right" candidates.  We have a baseline for hiring candidates and this has helped reduce the cost of hiring.  They also have two versions of the assessment for us to use in case a candidate has issues with their assessment, which is helpful.  The customized email that goes to the candidate is super easy to use as well.

Fast to implement, intuitive UI, and reports hiring managers actually use. Strong, job-relevant insights with a flexible test library and responsive support.

**What do you dislike about PsyMetrics?**

Would love more native ATS/HRIS integrations dashboard—nice-to-haves, not blockers.

**What problems is PsyMetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces gut-feel hiring with data. PsyMetrics standardises screening, flags job-fit early, and filters out poor matches before interviews. Result: faster shortlists, fewer mis-hires, more confident manager decisions, and a smoother candidate experience. Clear, shareable reports also support fairness and compliance.
