But i can easily document png or jpg related images and convert it into easily searchable format. **What problems is PSIcapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is used to extract the texts and contents from the images, ocr and other jpg or jpeg contained pdfs. ### 2. Classified documents provide very good extraction results. **What do you dislike about PSIcapture?** If you want to extend and create your own functions and program elements in PSIcapture with C# scripting there is no way you can step through your code unless you run a batch through the system and use the console information section. Although any scripting elements are set and forget the creation of these could be easier. **What problems is PSIcapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use PSIcapture to process AP Invoices and other documents. ### 4. It is a very intelligent software. **What do you dislike about PSIcapture?** It is not 100% accurate all the time so you do still have to review the documents it is capturing sometimes, but it learns the changes you make quickly. **What problems is PSIcapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** Psicapture eliminates SO much of our manual data entry. The amount of time you spend entering POs and invoice #s, etc is crazy. ### 5. The program will sometimes not open and requires a computer restart to release the license (we remote into and run the program on a server.) **Recommendations to others considering PSIcapture:** We use this to automatically pay invoices by integrating it into other programs. **What problems is PSIcapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminates human error with our invoices.
