As with all new sofware integration, what will be crucial is the onboarding support we get from the team. as we would be integrating into our own software, having a dependable counterpart is necessary. It does state that there is 24/7 support, but live on call support my be only during peak times. when developing, it would be great to have 24/7 live feedback and expert help.
