## About PromptGuard
PromptGuard is an AI security firewall that protects applications from prompt injection attacks, data leaks, and PII exposure. The platform operates as a proxy between applications and LLM providers, analyzing requests in real-time before they reach the model. It detects and blocks prompt injection attempts, automatically redacts personally identifiable information, and provides comprehensive monitoring through a dashboard. The solution requires zero code changes, developers simply swap their LLM API endpoint to enable protection. PromptGuard works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, and Azure OpenAI, adding minimal latency overhead while providing enterprise-grade security.

**What do you like best about PromptGuard?**

I appreciate how quick and simple it is to use, and most importantly, how cost-effective it is—there’s no need to spend a fortune to secure a small business. Setting it up is straightforward, and it captures everything I need. The customer support response time is reliable, and I’m able to integrate it with nearly any LLM application. Once set up, I can essentially forget about it, but I still have the flexibility to monitor its performance as often as I like and adjust policies to fit my organization’s needs.

**What do you dislike about PromptGuard?**

It would be beneficial if they began to support enterprise-grade solutions.

**What problems is PromptGuard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to concentrate on developing AI applications and agentic workflows in any niche, confident that the product’s security and compliance requirements are fully addressed.
