**What do you like best about PromoXcrm?**

This interface is easy to use for me, making it simple to get started without much of a learning curve. Its powerful automation features helps me save time by handling repetitive tasks efficiently. Additionally, this platform offers strong lead management and effective pipeline tracking in my organisation.

**What do you dislike about PromoXcrm?**

Reporting dashboard could have been with more benefit from greater customization options to better suit our needs. Additionally, the mobile app's performance leaves room for improvement. The pricing plans also seem somewhat expensive for smaller teams such as ours.

**What problems is PromoXcrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to its automation features, this tool significantly reduces my repetitive tasks such as follow-ups and reminders, which helps boost team productivity. It also gives me clear visibility into the sales pipeline, making it much easier to forecast revenue and monitor progress. Additionally, team collaboration has improved since everyone can access shared client updates and activities.
