Previously, our promotional planning was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and individual sales team notes, making it challenging to track commitments, manage budgets, or compare planned versus actual outcomes. With Promomash, all promotion details, timelines, and spending are centralized, allowing us to easily see what has been approved, what is still pending, and how each promotion is performing. This has led to better alignment between our sales and finance teams.
