During my early days of learning to manage my account, Project Management has helped put into practice the best practices into actual project structure and it’s associated processes. Assigned task tracking is the advantage with ProjectFlow and making sure everyone’s work is moving along as expected. Our team relied heavily on this for collaboration purposes. Although it’s a great tool, we noticed after some time that it’s too simple and has rarely seen newer versions being pushed to keep it atuned with other project management apps. ProjectFlow is an excellent time and task management software to keep track of all tasks assigned to a project. We can do cost and budget estimation during all phases of the cycle. It is beneficial to use this for small to medium budgeted projects and offer many options to planning Engineers like me. I can assign tasks to my team and track their efficiency individually. I feel like there's still a lot more to add, it's not really dynamic compared to the other softwares out there but it has everything you need when you start.
