What do you like best about Project Portfolio Office (PPO)?

The ease of use, reporting collaboration and the engagement of the team. Our business strategy is rolled out via the PPM tool. We can easily perform portfolio analyses on our projects & hence focus on our key priorities using the allocated resources, (people & associated costs). A great tool to have all information in one place and reporting one source of truth.
