I love that ShareFile Virtual Data Room offers ease of use with a simple setup, an intuitive interface, and a user-friendly experience for both admins and clients. It makes rapid onboarding possible for project administrators, who can quickly create and configure a secure data room using templates. The automation of tasks like document request lists, onboarding workflows, and file organization is a huge plus for me, making my workflows much more efficient. I miss the possibility to link documents to each other (create relations between documents) inside of ShareFile. Another weakness is that approvals/comments on the workflow do not leave a visible trace in the document. If you want visible approvals, you have to create a separate signature cycle. I find ShareFile Virtual Data Room valuable because it allows us to run different processes with different clients all using the same platform.
