I find Progress Agentic RAG to be a truly great solution that works extremely well. It offers plenty of different options that can adapt to any use case, and it works out of the box very well, already delivering great results. Plus, if you want to go deeper, you can definitely improve your particular needs by fine-tuning the model even further to improve specific things you need in your use case. The support from the Progress team is fantastic. They have been helping us immensely in setting things up, taking the right architectural decisions and sharing their knowledge on how to approach certain use cases. Maybe adding a bit more options into the visibility of what users are doing, what they are struggling with, and what problems they're facing. That can maybe help to have a better user experience for people administering the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Progress Agentic RAG is very intuitive and centered around one main job: providing the best answer for questions asked on documents in the knowledge base. I don't have to worry about what reranking method to use, or embedding models, or the chunking strategy—it's all handled for me, giving the right answer. There are also various features around ingestion and retrieval that I like, such as a summarizer that summarizes documents, a question-answer tagger, different tagging mechanisms, and labels. I think one small thing is having to get event-based evaluations of each interaction. You can't query those logs via an API; you have to download the whole month's log.
