It offers plenty of different options that can adapt to any use case, and it works out of the box very well, already delivering great results. Plus, if you want to go deeper, you can definitely improve your particular needs by fine-tuning the model even further to improve specific things you need in your use case. The support from the Progress team is fantastic. They have been helping us immensely in setting things up, taking the right architectural decisions and sharing their knowledge on how to approach certain use cases. They have been Invaluable to get up immediately up to speed and get immediate results. **What do you dislike about Progress Agentic RAG?** Maybe adding a bit more options into the visibility of what users are doing, what they are struggling with, and what problems they're facing. That can maybe help to have a better user experience for people administering the platform. **What problems is Progress Agentic RAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Progress Agentic RAG for all my company’s use cases involving documents, videos, and PDFs. It provides multiple options to adapt to different needs and works out of the box, consistently delivering great results. It’s also worth mentioning the new SharePoint connector, which helps us push documents to Progress Agentic RAG effortlessly. ### 2. I don't have to worry about what reranking method to use, or embedding models, or the chunking strategy—it's all handled for me, giving the right answer. There are also various features around ingestion and retrieval that I like, such as a summarizer that summarizes documents, a question-answer tagger, different tagging mechanisms, and labels. A lot can be done during ingestion with multiple features available. **What do you dislike about Progress Agentic RAG?** I think one small thing is having to get event-based evaluations of each interaction. You can't query those logs via an API; you have to download the whole month's log. I think that's the only thing that's not so great, but the rest of it is absolutely fabulous. **What problems is Progress Agentic RAG solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Progress Agentic RAG for different use cases, like HR. It intuitively answers questions from documents, handling technicalities like embedding and chunking.
