**What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?**

I took the Product Operations course, which was better than expected. It had good content and was easy to digest.

**What do you dislike about Product-led Alliance?**

They may have a little margin to improve their UX.

Understanding more the Product Operations Role.

**What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?**

I am a community member & ambassador only, but that community is a wealth of knowledge and experienced professionals from all areas of product management and product operations. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and eager to share knowledge and best practise. A good library of resources is also available.

**What do you dislike about Product-led Alliance?**

In the community, it can at sometimes be over-salesy for purchasing memberships, which at times can detract from the opportunities to share, converse and enhance which are the basis of having a community.

**What problems is Product-led Alliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing a hub to share within the community I am able to learn and bounce ideas with other similar professionals working in the real world, as opposed to webinars from gurus.

**What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?**

The Community Manager's warm welcome, combined with the exceptional quality of content and resources available through PLA, offers actionable insights and practical guidance that can be applied in real-world scenarios. I am eagerly looking forward to further exploration!

**What do you dislike about Product-led Alliance?**

While the pro membership is currently beyond my budget, accessing some of its associated benefits can be challenging as a regular member. Nonetheless, I won't hesitate to take advantage of the ordinary member benefits until I am able to upgrade to the pro membership.

**What problems is Product-led Alliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PLA addresses challenges faced by Product Managers and Product Operations Managers.

I have gained valuable knowledge through the exchange of product-led growth strategies, as well as other shared content and resources within the community. I am eager to expand my professional network through this experience.

There's a great combination of expertise, content and events that provides a really rounded and accessible experience.

I'm not sure how well it's ackowledged/accepted in the wider industry

Shared peer expereiences and the specific focus on being product led not just product in the generic sense

**What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?**

PLA's slack group has been a truly beneficial resource. The Product Ops community within the PLA slack group has been the most lively/engaging that I’ve come across. Product Ops is but a small niche within the broader landscape of Product Management/Development, and it’s nice to have such an accessible group of fellow Product Ops professionals thanks to PLA.

**What do you dislike about Product-led Alliance?**

I haven't found much that I dislike about PLA. Some of their content is gated and behind a paywall for paying members only. But there's a lot of volume and value in their free resources.

**What problems is Product-led Alliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PLA helps me connect to other Product Ops professionals.

**What do you like best about Product-led Alliance?**

PLA has given me incredible access to the Product Operations community. I have not been able to find a community that matches the PLA! I am able to ask the group questions, brainstorm with others, and problem-solve together.

**What do you dislike about Product-led Alliance?**

There isn't much I dislike about the community. I occasionally feel like I get too many promotional emails or slack messages but I usually opt out.

**What problems is Product-led Alliance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is a lack of information about Product Operations and the Product-led Alliance has consolidated that information, created a space for Product Ops people to connect, and share their experiences.
