They have all of the features we need for our company to excel, and are willing to create more that we need. **What do you dislike about Fusion Operations?** There really haven't been any serious issues with the software. Anytime we run into a problem they are willing to accommodate our needs. **What problems is Fusion Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our experience with Prodsmart has gone exceptionally well. Their staff has been quick to respond and help us during every stage of integration to this new software and all of it's features. The software has helped us with data tracking all the way from product progression to worker productivity. It is a much better centralized hub for all of our data than we have found anywhere else. They are more than willing to meet with us on a weekly basis to help improve our experience; even the online customer support responds to us daily with smallest of questions. ### 2. The team is knowledgeable, quick to respond and looks first to improve our existing processes before resorting to alternative solutions. Additionally, the development process is organized, smooth and the team is always available for support and guidance, especially when reconfiguring a process for accuracy and efficiency. A couple of our processes were improved with the implementation of the software. **What do you dislike about Fusion Operations?** No complaints. Every now and then there would be glitches on the tablet during the development process, but the Prodsmart team was quick to resolve the issue. **What problems is Fusion Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a user friendly platform to enhance communication between administration and the production floor. We sought real-time visibility of production runs, process quality and efficiency, real-time inventory, reduction of risk for error in the traceability process, and tracking of KPIs. There are a couple of minor feature tweaks that I am waiting to be implemented, but they are in the queue and are not preventing us from using the software. By having real time visibility about our production and quality processes, we were able to lower costs and paper processing time and increase our efficiency. Furthermore, it helped us with our ISO certifications, making the audit-related work very easy to accomplish. The customer support is amazing, and Prodsmart's team is always available to help us. I would recommend this product to any manufacturing company. **What do you dislike about Fusion Operations?** Nothing really, we're very happy with everyting. There are a few new features that we requested and were told that they're on the roadmap, but they're always improving their product and we reap those benefits too. **What problems is Fusion Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Prodsmart, we were using a paper-based system to understand our output and efficiency. This led to a very time-consuming and costly process. Now that we have real time achieved through digitization, we were able to lower costs, gain time back and increase our efficiency. ### 13. This is something that is expected with a new software.
