What do you like best about ProcureDesk?

What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?

Entry is inefficient. We need to be able to have templates for invoices. I have some that have 15 lines, just for departments, and I have to add lines every time. Too many screens to go to enter an invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProcureDesk?

It helps to identify duplicate invoices and matching up the PO to the invoice is very beneficial in finding discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not always read the quotes and invoices correctly for certain vendors. Sometimes it round the prices off when they shouldn't be rounded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProcureDesk?

I like the approval process. The ability to have anything over a certain dollar amount needing to have a secondary approval is a good thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?

When an order isn't approved in a timely fashion, the punchouts such as Walmart or Amazon may cancel the order due to delivery date or change of price. Then you need to put the order back in. This wastes time. I do not know what the solution could be but I wish there was one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To your concern, Amazon usually cancels the order if it takes more than 7 days to get approved as they only hold it for a week.

The platform meets all of our needs for a procurement and approval workflow management platform. The streamlined presentation makes it very easy to train new users and makes for a great user experience.
