Logicworks was helping us redesign our AWS environment to align with best practices

**What do you like best about Logicworks Consulting?**

There was nothing good about our experience with working with them.

**What do you dislike about Logicworks Consulting?**

It was a terrible experience and we ultimately wasted over 22K working with them.  They never followed through on deliverable and seemed very disorganized from the start.  We are a small company that needed hand holding and I made that clear from the very start of our evaluation.     They never explained things or provided documentation on what was done.  There were several calls that they were not prepared for and we caught their lead engineer IM'ing the project manager  "I guess I should get off my couch now" while he sharing his screen.  I am not sure if they treat their larger customers differently but I would never recommend them.
