**What do you like best about Pro-Sales CRM?**

I like that Pro-Sales CRM is not hard for workers to use. It has beneficial features that help direct calls, so I can worry less about how to disposition them. It's valuable because it saves time and I don't have to figure it out myself. The initial setup was easy enough; I just needed my information once I logged in.

**What do you dislike about Pro-Sales CRM?**

I think the one thing you can improve is the ability to pick who calls you get assigned to by national geographics.

**What problems is Pro-Sales CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pro-Sales CRM to navigate my calls correctly. It solves the problem of directing calls by determining if they are good or bad. It's easy for workers to use and has features that save time by automating call disposition.
