You have to watch a few videos or read a few blogs to best use this tool and get the most out of it, as it can be confusing for an untrained user. And customer service definitely needs to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The viewer is built in the newest HTML 5, so great performance is guaranteed. The platform can be a bit confusing, since it does not have the options as intuitive as it should be, but in general there are no complaints about it. To be honest, I have not found anything I hate about this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First i love the tool ability of documents rendering and displaying with zero footprint, and the conversion ability of different documents and images to normal web format, giving the user a good opportunity to simply display contents on either Desktop, web browser and even mobile devices. PrizmDoc Viewer apart from its simple usage, it offers many powerful and reliable features with different functionalities, eg the OCR function which enables accurately conversion of image-based documents to become an editable text document or converting them to PDF file which also searchable. The only bad thing I would dare to say is that PrizmDoc does not offer good support, its reply messages are almost automated and when it communicates in real time, it generally does not solve any kind of problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to view all the documents in a much more optimal way in the sense that you can transform the data or codes in order to observe or edit the PDF files or HTML code to be able to capture it on a web page or in some type of application in construction, for me the way to use it is incredible since this HTML system is very optimal and I find it very simple, in addition to this the tools are very easy to use and it allows me not only to be able to observe and transform but also to be able to create the new codes to be able to implement them in my case to a web page from scratch and to be able to better visualize the edition. A nice point is the use not only of Java but also more languages in a single tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any kind of negative experience regarding your system, however it is difficult for new users who do not have previous knowledge of HTML codes, it can be a big problem to use this software, however support offers basic classes or courses to use, but They will not be able to take full advantage of the service.
