"Intuitive, powerful, and constantly improving"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

Prismic is incredibly easy to use, even for users who aren’t very technical. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well-organized, which makes managing content straightforward and efficient. One of the best things about the platform is the frequency and quality of updates. They consistently roll out meaningful improvements that show they’re actively listening to feedback and investing in the product. This gives us confidence to scale projects with Prismic as a long-term solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

Overall, our experience has been very positive. However, I do think Prismic could improve the way they communicate product updates. Occasionally, new features are introduced or existing ones are changed without clear documentation or notice, which can be confusing. It’s not a major issue, but more transparency and proactive communication would go a long way in keeping users aligned with the platform’s evolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismic provides a simple yet powerful way to manage content for our blog without the need for complex infrastructure or heavy development work. It allows us to focus on writing and organizing our posts efficiently while ensuring that the content is easy to update and maintain over time. The ability to collaborate with team members, schedule publications, and manage components visually has made our workflow much smoother. Overall, it saves us time and reduces the technical overhead of running a dynamic blog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

Learning Curve for Advanced Features: While Prismic is user-friendly, delving into more advanced features might pose a slight learning curve for some users. Comprehensive features might require a bit more exploration and understanding, which could be improved through clearer documentation or additional tutorials.

Limited Template Options: Although Prismic offers customization, the available template options might feel limited for some users. More diverse templates or the ability to import external templates could enhance the platform's flexibility and appeal to a broader user base.

4.5/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

The platform offers a seamless experience for content management, with a well-thought-out design that simplifies the creation and organization of pages. The approach based on modular components allows for flexibility and intelligent reuse of elements. Additionally, compatibility with modern frameworks and detailed documentation make the tool accessible to both beginners and experienced developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best user-friendly CMS platform to build scalable websites"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

Seamless integration with Javascript frameworks such as Next.js. Very user-friendly, high performance, highly scalable, cost-effective, AI features. I like everything about Prismic. I am loving this platform. Perfect documentation on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

I would like to have some advanced query features on content relationships. So that I can create complex search query for website search bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismic is a better solution for a user-friendly and interactive CMS platform for Javascript frameworks. When we build a project on Next.js content management is a time-consuming process. I tried several other CMS, but they're not that user-friendly; there is no slices or previews of the website. Prismic is a perfect solution for everythng. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great and easy to use."

4.5/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

I've been using Prismic for several projects over the past year, and it has consistently proven to be one of the best headless CMS options available today. Whether you're a developer building dynamic web applications or part of a content team managing rich media, Prismic strikes a great balance between power, flexibility, and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

While Prismic is powerful and flexible, new users—especially those unfamiliar with headless CMS concepts or component-based design—might experience a bit of a learning curve. It takes a little time to get comfortable. That said, once you get the hang of it, the workflow becomes intuitive and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismic is useful as we can do everything in one system. Previously, we had lots of different systems talking to each other which could get messy and cause problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great balance between developer experience and editor-friendliness"

4/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

I've always been focused on delivering the best possible editing experiences for my clients. After trying many headless CMS options and constantly running into inefficiencies and complicated workflows for editors, I finally found Prismic. It’s the closest match to what I was looking for. The developer experience is smooth — it's quick and easy to get a project up and running — and most importantly, the editing interface is intuitive and genuinely pleasant for content editors. What do you dislike about Prismic?

The preview capabilities could definitely be improved. When content becomes large and complex, it can get a bit hard to navigate inside the platform. Better ways to organize and browse through content would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismic allows me to build content editing interfaces that give my clients full autonomy over their websites. They can manage their content and create new pages easily, without needing to spend time learning a complex new tool. The UX is very smooth and intuitive, even for non-technical teams.

On the developer side, Prismic lets me bootstrap projects quickly and efficiently. Creating new data models for slices (website sections) is fast and seamless, freeing up more time to focus on implementing the design rather than managing data fetching logic. "A Powerful and Intuitive Headless CMS – Highly Recommended"

5/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

I've been using Prismic for several projects now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best headless CMS platforms out there. What really stands out is the perfect balance it strikes between ease of use and deep customization.

The interface is clean and intuitive, making content creation and editing simple even for non-technical users. At the same time, developers have full control over how content is structured and delivered, thanks to its flexible custom types and excellent API.

Another big plus is how well Prismic integrates into modern frameworks like Nuxt and Next.js. The documentation is thorough, and the support from the community and the official team has been great.

If you're looking for a CMS that’s both user-friendly and highly customizable, Prismic is definitely worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

There are a few areas where I think Prismic could improve. For example, the lack of full type safety out of the box can sometimes slow down development in TypeScript-heavy projects, although the Slice Machine is helping bridge that gap. Also, managing multi-language content works well, but can get a bit tricky when dealing with complex navigation or localized dynamic routes — some more guidance or built-in tools here would be welcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prismic solves the common challenge of separating content management from code in a way that truly benefits both developers and content editors. For developers, it offers a clean, flexible API and the freedom to structure content models exactly as needed — no rigid templates or monolithic CMS constraints. This allows us to build fast, modern websites using frameworks like Nuxt or Next.js with full control over the frontend.

For content teams, Prismic provides an intuitive interface that makes it easy to update content without needing technical knowledge. This means less back-and-forth between developers and editors, faster content publishing, and a better workflow overall.

It also simplifies multi-language content management, which is crucial for our international clients. Ultimately, Prismic lets us deliver better websites more efficiently, with a clear separation of concerns and a smooth content editing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Generous free plan but the performance could be better"

4/5

What do you like best about Prismic?

The free/hobby plan is really helpful. The migration API is making Wordpress migration possible which is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

The performance when it loads the page could've been better. It's quite slow.

The migration is not as easy and straightforward. There should be a way to fetch the data from "planned" migration and update the data there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prismic solving and how is that benefiting you?

CMS that is better than Wordpress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
