A process aimed at preventing breakdowns by carrying out regular inspections, repairs and replacements on equipment or systems. This minimizes unplanned downtime, reduces repair costs and improves equipment reliability and safety.

We can't put in our own spaces, it was uploaded from Yardi which is not always accurate to the spaces that we have, but there is a work around so it's not too bad
