Printfection is a swag management platform that simplifies the buying, managing, and distribution of swag and branded merchandise. Customers like Zendesk, BetterHelp, Hinge, and Gusto use us to easily ship swag to customers, leads, employees, and events. **What do you like best about Printfection?**

Sourcing and managing company swag items is incredibly straightforward within the system, and the customer support that I receive from our Printfection team is second to none.  It's painless to select items I need to ship to our shows and enter all the pertinent shipping information, and very straight forward to send unused items back to restock.  Printection was super easy to implement, and the catalog of items we have to select swag items from is broad - they even source items that might not be in the current catalog!

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

I've experienced no downsides when using Printfection - both the platform and the people we work with are amazing.

**What problems is Printfection solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this remote-first world, we don't have a central office to store all of our promotional products.  Printfection makes it easy to manage all of our promotion items - from sourcing new items, storing them in inventory, shipping to our events, and collecting return items.

**What do you like best about Printfection?**

We have used Printfection for several aspects of our rebranding including employee swag and client gifts. My most recent purchase was for a branded tablecloth for a trade show. I know from our past purchases that the items they offer are high quality and that our orders will be handled quickly and with helpful customer service. Their site makes ordering easy and having a representative available through all aspects of the process is reassuring.

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

There was an unexpected fee to have an item shipped within the timeline that was specified when I viewed the item online. But it was still reasonable for the timeline I needed.

**What problems is Printfection solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not redesigned our trade show booth materials yet and Printfection allowed me to order individual items that still convey our brand in a professional way. It makes my life easier because I can stay on budget and make our sales team happy.

**What do you like best about Printfection?**

The customer service has been outstanding. Each time I've had a support request, the support team gets back to me quickly, thoroughly, and pleasantly. Which is so important when you're shipping things in conjunction with event deadlines. The software also makes it easy to keep track of all of our swag.

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

The platform does have a learning curve but I don't really see it as a platform flaw. I think that there's a lot of terminology and complexity when it comes to inventory that may be hard to avoid.

Being able to ship and store swag and event booth collateral without having to keep track of everything by myself. It helps me to stay organized and on top of what's in our inventory.

Printfection has proven invaluable for our company, especially considering our widespread operations across approximately 60 countries. By entrusting them with the coordination, necessary details, and shipping of our team's swag, they have streamlined the entire process, ensuring convenience for all parties involved.

In the catalog, there is a limitation wherein you can't simply right-click to open an item in a new window. Additionally, it's worth noting that shipping to Brazil (BR) is currently not an available option.

Printfection is addressing a specific challenge for our company. With our operations spanning around 60 countries and our team members working remotely, managing the distribution of team swag was becoming complex and time-consuming. I like my account team most. I tend to be all over the place and look to my account team to help me generate new, fresh ideas.  They wow me every time.

Sometimes the required lead time doesn't work with my timeline.  It's more of a me (lack of planning) issue than a Printfection issue.

Printfection allows me to have all of my promotional orders in one place.  They also provide a super easy to use platform that makes sending items to my 100+ events seamless. This saves me hours of spreadsheet and inventory management.

Branded products planning and management is always something that feels like a non-issue for a smaller organization... until it becomes a huge issue as the company grows. Printfection has been my vendor of choice at multiple growing startups to improve our swag game, plan orders and manage inventory, and delight stakeholders both internally and externally. The client success team is world-class and the support we receive is top notch across the entire swag lifecycle.

The UI looks relatively unchaged over the past few years. Thankfully the functionality is solid and stable, but I'm looking forward to the Printfection team innovating new simpler workflows and solutions.

I like best working with Alicia and Jae. They always are super helpful, provide great suggestions and ideas. Both Alicia and Jae are super professional, kind and patient. I can tell that they enjoy their jobs. I like how if I have a clarifying question about customer sourced orders, or shipping questions that the team is quick to respond and provide me with what I can expect.

I love that Prinfection staff works with you and is incredibly helpful from start to finish. That partnership is invaluable. Also, the swag selection is great and if Printfection doesn't have it, the team will find it for you!

Not really a criticism, but it takes a little while to learn how to work in the Printfection platform. Anything new takes time to learn but I love that the platform has so many options, as simple as sending a card with our swag which our previous swag company did not have that capability.

Printfrction works with us to get the best quality swag for our staff and customers! I can send items quickly and get reports on everything I need. If Printfection does not have an item in inventory, they work hard to source it!

Their staff is always friendly and professional! It's very easy to order new items, and their design team is quick to turn things around and responsive to feedback. Our support team uses Prinfection on the daily to send thank you or promotional items to our customers, right from Zendesk!

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

Sometimes it's hard to navigate between items, campaigns, and kits to make sure everything is set up right. They don't email invoices directly to you, you have to generate them in a report. So expense reporting can be a multi-step process.

Before we had Printfection, we had to ship our own swag, manage our own inventory, and print/design our own items. It was a mess!

The customer service at Printfection was outstanding from start to finish. Their team, led by Brooke, was friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. They guided us through every step of the process, ensuring we felt supported and confident in our decisions.

If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the availability of certain items sourced from other vendors. Popular items can sometimes be out of stock or experience slight delays in delivery.

Printfection provided us with the flexibility to select and send gifts for our team of over 150 employees on multiple occasions. Their platform made it easy to offer personalized options, allowing employees to choose the gifts they wanted for the holidays. We were also able to send holiday gifts to our clients, giving them the option to select from a variety, making the experience both convenient and thoughtful.

Printfection has allowed us to streamline our gifting and swag processes. As a remote organization, prior to Printfection, all of our swag was housed at an associate's home and they had to pack and ship all of our orders by hand. Printfection has saved us so much time and made our processes more efficient. Our CSM and Merchandising lead are top not and provide us the best support. We were able to easily implement and integrate Printfection into our organization.

The interface could use a few more "bells and whistles" to make it slightly more modern, but overall I don't have anything negative to say about Printfection or the platform.

**What do you like best about Printfection?**

Great swag selection, amazing customer support throughout each step. The team helps you through the process and is incredibly fast and responsive. They will brainstorm with you to solve your need, and do great research for unique swag solutions. Was up and running within a day. Printfection has eliminated our border customs issues to ZERO. The ability to ship on tight deadlines is great (it does cost more, but it is guaranteed)

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

It can be a bit pricey at times (not all the times, just now and then). You get what you pay for though. While shipping across borders is expensive, we no longer have any customs issues. So that's a service you are paying for. When our inhouse shipping used to send things across the border, we usually gave up when they were held at customs.

**What problems is Printfection solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had little space in our office to store swag. We were constantly losing items at customs due to issues (sending things across US/CND border). Things would be shipped by our shipping department and arrive late. We needed more swag options and a central place to store them.

Printfection was able to serve as one source of SWAG products, fulfillment, and delivery on a global scale. We had approximately 20 countries in which to deliver SWAG for a Go-Live event and were dreading having to stand up local solutions. This made it much, much easier to manage. Their team helped me select products, establish timelines, and explained challenges with customs internationally. They also responded quickly to new requirements throughout the project. Their team was great to work with!

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

I don't really have things that I disliked. If anything, I would say that it was a requirement to have a subscription despit utilzing Printfection for more of a one-time large event. So, along with the costs for the products, fulfillment, shipping, etc. there was an added subscription fee.

I wish they had a more updated look for their giveaway landing pages. They have a basic design but do not look modern.

**What do you like best about Printfection?**

Printfection stores my inventory and sends it out. They will help me mock up anthing I want if they can find a vendor that has the options. I get a response within 24hours. They have the nicest bunch of people working for them to help you out with any needs. You are told if it isn't something that can't be done and a reason for it. They don't string you along. I can create a store and have items chosen to have available to any who receives the link. I can also put a price cap on the store so you can't go above it.

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

I have instances that I need to be able to have people pick between a range of items. The items have a set number that are available, from 0-5. For example, I can choose 0 to 5 polo shirts. I have another platform I use for that because it is not something that is available.

They have helped me find a solution to all my uniform needs and continue to do so. They ship directly to the shops or residences. Totally hands free.

**What do you like best about Printfection?**

Our community and employees are global. We have a specific need to ship products worldwide to some of the hardest-to-ship locations. Printfection has changed its drop-down menu, tracked precise addresses, and urgently responded to a few orders. You will not get that kind of service with any vendor. Their product is of high quality, and their customer service team is the best I have worked with in my career.

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

Not much. We have talked about customizing our dashboard so that we can manage different products with teams. This is why one of our teams left - we would love to put all departments on the same swag vendor platform but keep the produce separate.

Printefection is a great company for swag for any company's promotional needs. They are very fast to respond to any requests and offer great customer support and always helpful in sourcing exactly what we are looking for, all while finding the best pricing. **What do you like best about Printfection?**

Because we are a remote team spread across the US we needed a solution that was going to house all our swag, be able to replenish inventory and be able to easily ship out our branded items without a huge headache.
Printfection took us from having swag in 3 different locations (including my garage!) to having a one stop shop for housing, ordering and distributing our swag. 
We are able to have multiple teammates own their swag section of the business while keeping within budget and being able to send out as they needed.

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

The two downsides of Printfection for us is not seeing the swag. The end to end solution is so seamless that we don't even touch the swag before it goes out (which is good and bad). We have never had quality issues but the idea of sending something without seeing it before it hits a client, customer or amabassadors hands is a little nerve racking. 
The last downside is the sending swag groupings (what Printfection calls Giveaways) these are a little more concrete than we would like. We have to create a ton of different variations of these in order to have all swag combos we need. I would be nice if they had a "ad-hoc" box that you put whatever in and then they provided you the shipping cost later. We have clients who we want to get a variety of gifts (in 1 off boxes) and to create a ridgid Giveaway each time isn't great.

Without Printfection our swag was sitting in our offices and even employees homes. We would order and ship stuff one-off and it was getting expensive and hard to manage the budget and who had what swag- it was costing us many hours of time that we didn't have. Beth and Kat are the most helpful contacts that I've ever had for a platform. They have supported me in so many last-minute situations for events that I know I can always rely on them. 

On top of that, I have asked for specific product features like "low inventory alerts," which they communicated to their product team and eventually rolled out. 

Their platform has a wide range of swag options that generally cover what we need for our partners and customers. It's also fairly easy to use as well.

Printfection is not meant for last-minute quick items. If you need something custom for an event 2 weeks away, this probably isn't the right platform for you. I think depending on the item, some things can be pricier, but all of the swag we have gotten has been really high quality, and I think they are very intentional with the items they offer.

Printfection has the most helpful staff! My supervisor gave me the task of finding a swag platform with little to no instruction. Will Breuker helped me with getting a better understanding of Printfection as a whole. He made sure that when he was not available, Kyle Tudor came right in and continued where he left off. Printfection has helped guide me through each process and answers all of my questions in such a timely manner. I can sometimes ask a lot of questions but Aubrey Yeager and Kelli McDowell have answered every single one of them. They informed me on any updates or required information needed.

I have nothing bad to say about Printfection. I haven't reached the shipping stage yet, so we will have to see how the next steps go! I am not worried at all.

Swag has always been a headache. I felt I had to spend a disproportionate time on the process of it all vs. the return. Printfection has solved a lot of my administration frustrations. First, they allow for self-service links, where my employees can go in and order their own swag/sizes once they hit a milestone. I don't have to manage when and how to send those items out. They also can source items from outside their catalog, which is huge. Customer support is incredible - timely and knowledgeable.

It took me a while to understand some of the intricacies of setting up a campaign on the back end. Some of the requests appear technical or are not straightforward in what impact clicking a particular button may have on the distribution of an order.

Printfection has so many features worth raving about! Their intuitive, easy-to-use inventory dashboard allows me to see how much swag we have at a glance - no more asking for counts from our warehouse team. Drop-ships allow me to get my items across the country quickly to our many events, and plan new orders easily. But my favorite part? The top-notch customer service across the company. From our initial sales rep, to our account manager, and our swag consultant - Printfection has allowed us to uplevel our swag and keep a much better track of what we have AND how much we're spending! A win/win all the way around!

**What do you dislike about Printfection?**

I wish the reporting was a little bit more robust - it takes a bit of legwork to get the specific amount for individual items when using giveaway links. I also wish there were a weekend shipping option - working in the tradeshow industry, there are tons of events where setup / show site delivery is not allowed until the day prior to the beginning of an event which is often on a weekend. Saturday deliveries would be swell.

Having all our swag items stored and accessible in one place greatly improves our efficiency and eliminates redundancy. **What do you dislike about Printfection?**

Depending on the customization and quantity of swag items ordered, production and shipping times can vary. This might not be ideal for organizations with tight deadlines or last-minute event needs. They have recently updated the user interface and it is better but still feels a little slow and clunky. Overall it's not a cheap tool to run either when you factor in subscription costs, swag items and delivery fees but given what you might pay employees to manage this for you it likley stacks up.

Swag is a very tough logistical problem when you are managing requests manually, heading down to the post office yourself and trying to get it in the hands of different people in different places. It can become very time consuming for the marketing team to have to deal with this alongside their other responsibilities. By using Printfection, not only do we get to source new items in a structured way, we also get to offload the logistics and actual management of the ordering, stock levels and delivery of the items. As well as reviewing orders and reporting. This means it is a lot easier and stress-free for the team to manage items and requests.
