Before using Princeton, loads would be tendered over individually and there was way too much paperwork involved. More paperwork is more room for error, so this made it so easy. At first it was intimidating to see but they offered several training corses for us and were always avaliable to help. We have multiple business units with different strategies, but the flexibitly to configure settings independently allows each to operate as desired in a single environment. It has been extremely benficial for all of our freight to be in one place as it saves our carrier partners a considerable amount of time. Likewise, our dispatch teams are more efficient in the day to day operations compared to our previous system. Our experience has been extremely positive and the system behaves as expected. In a perfect world, we would be able to configure which fields are visible to dispatchers and carriers to only the ones we utilize, but this is not a major issue. Princeton’s customer support is extraordinary, even after the production and roll out phases of the system implementation. I like that information is consolidated in a central location and I don’t have to search for answers. In addition, all of the company users and carriers are impressed with the how easy PTMX is to use and appreciate the simplicity of its layout. Efficiency is paramount! The transition to PTMX has been seamless and we appreciate the constant updates from the support team. Any issues we've had, Elise and team have worked diligently to quickly resolve, or explain the logic behind the behavior.
