Before using Princeton, loads would be tendered over individually and there was way too much paperwork involved. More paperwork is more room for error, so this made it so easy. At first it was intimidating to see but they offered several training courses for us and were always available to help. We have multiple business units with different strategies, but the flexibility to configure settings independently allows each to operate as desired in a single environment. It has been extremely beneficial for all of our freight to be in one place as it saves our carrier partners a considerable amount of time. Likewise, our dispatch teams are more efficient in the day-to-day operations compared to our previous system. Our experience has been extremely positive and the system behaves as expected. In a perfect world, we would be able to configure which fields are visible to dispatchers and carriers to only the ones we utilize, but this is not a major issue. Princeton’s customer support is extraordinary, even after the production and roll out phases of the system implementation. I like that information is consolidated in a central location and I don’t have to search for answers. The transition to PTMX has been seamless and we appreciate the constant updates from the support team. Any issues we've had, Elise and team have worked diligently to quickly resolve, or explain the logic behind the behavior.
