More paperwork is more room for error, so this made it so easy. At first it was intimidating to see but they offered several training corses for us and were always avaliable to help. I also love that I can get a quick glimpse of last known location of the driver by having MacroPoint intergrated. This is my most used software. **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** It could be a more user friednly layout. There could be things that are more organized with less clutter on the screen. **What problems is Princeton TMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Princeton TMX has all of my freight in one spot, making it easy to stay organized and not miss any loads. ### 2. It has been extremely benficial for all of our freight to be in one place as it saves our carrier partners a considerable amount of time. Likewise, our dispatch teams are more efficient in the day to day operations compared to our previous system. The ongoing support we have received with training and problem solving has been amazing and instrumental to our success. **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** Our experience has been extremely positive and the system behaves as expected. In a perfect world, we would be able to configure which fields are visible to dispatchers and carriers to only the ones we utilize, but this is not a major issue. I like that information is consolidated in a central location and I don’t have to search for answers. In addition, all of the company users and carriers are impressed with the how easy PTMX is to use and appreciate the simplicity of its layout. Efficiency is paramount! **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** The transition to PTMX has been seamless and we appreciate the constant updates from the support team. Any issues we've had, Elise and team have worked diligently to quickly resolve, or explain the logic behind the behavior. I do wish there was an option to sync PTMX's reports with Power BI, send APIs to SAP, or auto-send to associates without having to manually extract, configure, then email. **What problems is Princeton TMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** PTMX manages our tendering and dispatching roles. ### 4. All this with a support team that offers great collaboration on future development needs and overall system functionality. **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** Further advancement to support dock level activies such as wireless check in at mills, instant messaging with shipping staff and scheduling appointments through a simple app would be of great assistance to help create efficiencies at all of our plants. **What problems is Princeton TMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimizes our outbound Supply Chain Network from manufacturing facilties, reloads and 3rd party locations. I have implimented Princeton at 3 differant companies. Its the only TMS I recommend. **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** There isnt much to dislike other than customizing. If I had to name something, the reporting module is powerful, but doesn't meet our needs as a multiple location shipper. **What problems is Princeton TMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tender shipments to càrriers based on business rules and freight rates. TMX has many functions that makes tracking and follow up much easier. I am able to keep track of pricing and FSC as well. Any time I have a question or issue the customer service team is on top of it. **What problems is Princeton TMX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before TMX we were having to track our trucks individually in office files. We were dispatching via emails. And tracking everything via physical paper. With TMX we are able to have everything in one place and makes our communication with our carriers a lot easier. ### 12. The PTMX team is very helpful when needed and has listened to our thoughts on future features and enhancements and have implemented a handful. **What do you dislike about Princeton TMX?** Honestly, not many at all.
