**What do you like best about PRIMS?**

The system is able to be utilized for multiple tasks, instead of using multiple software's to complete tasks.  

**What do you dislike about PRIMS?**

When there is an issue with the software it takes awhile to be resolved, seems like the vender has very few people working to help resolve issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering PRIMS:**

Overall good software program with multiple use

**What problems is PRIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to multitask with one software
