It used to be fairly easy to assign food handler and manager trainings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They revamped their login procedures at around the same time they disabled two of their support functions (chat and text). So now, not only can you not log in to your account, you cannot get ahold of anyone in customer care to get support. Wait time for help over the phone is over 2 hours; my last email wasn't answered for over four business days (I emailed on a Tuesday and heard back the following Monday).
I don't think anyone in any industry, let alone food service, can spare two or more hours to sit around on hold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
