Free from bloat as well! Customer service is the best there is, they're always quick to respond to any support requests whether it be for troubleshooting or just asking for guidance on how to tweak settings. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** The business-side of the interface could use some sprucing up. :) **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the pandemic, it's helped us offer a near-touchless option for patrons to place orders for pick-up or curbside service. Their service has literally saved us from succumbing to total business loss at the peak of the pandemic. To this day we still utilize the service as guests have come to appreciate the value of placing orders ahead of time for pick-up in-store, or at our curbside parking spaces. The pricing is great, the look & feel is constantly being upgraded, and the support is consistently stellar! As sophisticated as online menus are becoming, support is critical, and this is where ehungry shines! **What do you dislike about eHungry?** Nothing to complain about. The staffing is consistent which makes it easy for ehungry to, over time, understand and interpret your needs as a catering operation. **Recommendations to others considering eHungry:** Use them! The price point is more than competitive. The customer support is where ehungry really shines! The usability of the ehungry is very transparent for visitors to the menu. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have different menus based on holidays, and ehungry has been very helpful in terms of making these menus, delivery times, and multiple delivery locations very clear for our customers. Not only are they the most affordable company by a substantial amount, their customer service is next level. Within less than an hour of sending an email I have a response, and the request completed. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** There are only a few customization requests that have not been able to be completed, but they are always updating their software to address these. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have only used eHungry and only will. We love being able to make changes on our own and not rely on third-party apps to control our orders. ### 4. We are in the process of setting up another restaurant online and there input has been tremendous. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** They do not offer knife sharpening services yet. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a much quicker, faster turnaround and increased profits. You can rely on them and their product 100%. We work with hundreds of companies and people, and eHungry is by far one of our favorites to work with because they get things done and actually resolve and problems that come up. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** Not integrated with our POS, but that would cause more headaches, so we are fine with manual entry. **Recommendations to others considering eHungry:** Would recommend to anyone needing online ordering services. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online ordering. We have hundreds of online orders daily, and an extensive, complex menu. They are able to meet our needs. ### 6. We switched from our former ordering service because of their limited, or lack of, customer service. We have found eHungry to be very responsive to any questions, problems and concerns. As a small business owner with limited IT skills, this has enabled me to stay focused on the day to day operations of my bakery. Keep up the good work!!! The setup is extremely easy, the customer service is amazing and the pricing is industry-leading. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online ordering generates more sales period. It is easy to access and has a very customizable interface that is pleasant to the human eye. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** In certain occasions they have options that normally would have been better used if it were a bit more intuitive at the time of using the application. **Recommendations to others considering eHungry:** Be a bit more curious when navigating between your options because it has certain advantages that would increase its effectiveness if you knew in depth the maximum capabilities of the application. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase the number of orders that can be handled daily which influences the time implemented, cost and profits represented by the implementation of this tool in restaurant and food systems. ### 10. It makes my life so much easier knowing that I can use this system for the restaurant. In addition to that, there are so many amazing features to spice up the website and make the website easy to access and super efficient. **What do you dislike about eHungry?** The only thing that I do not like about eHungry is that it is a little hard to use. Although there are a lot of good features, I constantly discover new features that could have been useful before when I was first using the system. I did notice that it did not have as many features as another system I used to use, and it did take some time to get used to. However, other than that, there are not many problems for this system. **Recommendations to others considering eHungry:** Knowing how to use this system and knowing all of the features is crucial for a good online ordering system. Life would be so much easier and efficient if all of the features are known and well used. **What problems is eHungry solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved many problems with eHungry with the restaurant. It makes online ordering so easy and it is very affordable and customizable. I wish I had found this system sooner. ### 11. Saying "The Other Guys" doesn't mean anything in this day and age when there are endless competitors in the field. **Recommendations to others considering eHungry:** Definitely worth checking out.
