It offers many features that allow you to create highly effective pricing strategies. One particularly positive aspect is the customer support. Both our account manager and the technical support team are extremely efficient and respond very quickly. There are many integrations (such as Shopify and Google Analytics), and you can monitor prices across many platforms (such as Galaxus, Amazon, Idealo, etc.). For retail companies, getting insight into both how popular products are and where they are in terms of pricing is of huge importance. Priceshape has therefore become an integral part of our business. It's used both by our purchasing team but it's also very helpful for our marketing efforts. The interface is very easy to use and allows us to set up exportable product lists and feeds. We’ve been using Priceshape and I have to highlight their customer service – absolutely outstanding! 👌 The team was incredibly helpful, especially with supporting us during the Heureka export setup. I really appreciate their willingness, speed, and professionalism throughout the whole process. Overall, the app works reliably and it’s clear that it’s built by people who truly understand the business and genuinely care about helping their customers.
