Like, the ease of use is really good—I don’t have to dig through a million menus or struggle to find what I need. And the implementation? Way smoother than I expected. Like, I was braced for months of headaches, but it just... worked? Which, honestly, was a nice surprise and there customer support is solid too ,they actually respond fast. My frequency of use is very high and number of features are high like enterprise pricing, optimization, and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ).And yeah, integration? Super easy. Okay, so don’t get me wrong—Pricefx is still solid, but yeah, it’s not perfect,Like, most of the time it’s super easy to use, but every now and then, I’ll click around and think, "Wait, why is this simple thing buried under three screens?".The number of features is great but also, too many options sometimes make it harder to figure out the exact thing you want.
