"Best for business quoting activities and customization"

What do you like best about Pricefx?

Its Quote types and its integration to analytics. Pricefx is heavily customizable, you can have different type of custom forms which we can use for different types of quoting activities. All the quoting activities are well integrated with Analytics. Each user can use quote fields and make their own dashboard. support is very good, they are very quick resolving some issues. What do you dislike about Pricefx?

It requires development effort to add simple fields to the UI. I feel all the fields, columns, should be easily added by the users with no code.

What problems is Pricefx solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pricefx is helping us to perform the bulk pricing and transform it into pricelist for other ERP systems. Quick workflow and transformation on the quoting process has decreased the turnaround time from 3 weeks to days. Pricefx ability to export the quote in multiple templates makes easier for sales to share it with the customer. Pricefx easily able to customized based on environment. "My experience with Pricefx on pricing optimization, and CPQ"

What do you like best about Pricefx?

well, kind of the whole package, you know? Like, the ease of use is really good—I don’t have to dig through a million menus or struggle to find what I need. And the implementation? Way smoother than I expected. Like, I was braced for months of headaches, but it just... worked? Which, honestly, was a nice surprise and there customer support is solid too ,they actually respond fast. My frequency of use is very high and number of features are high like enterprise pricing, optimization, and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ).And yeah, integration? Super easy. What do you dislike about Pricefx?

Okay, so don’t get me wrong—Pricefx is still solid, but yeah, it’s not perfect,Like, most of the time it’s super easy to use, but every now and then, I’ll click around and think, "Wait, why is this simple thing buried under three screens?".The number of features is great but also, too many options sometimes make it harder to figure out the exact thing you want. Using Pricefx for pricing and CPQ has honestly been a game-changer for me. Like, before? It was all manual—spreadsheets and all, approvals taking forever, and just... so much room for error. Now? Way more streamlined.Pricing changes actually happen fast now—like, same-day fast—and the numbers are way more accurate. I don’t have to triple-check everything because, well… it just works. And CPQ?
