The interface is intuitive, even for users who aren’t pricing experts, and the logic behind pricing rules is clear and flexible. Implementation was smoother than expected, thanks to the excellent onboarding team who really took the time to understand our needs. Their customer support is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable, always quick to offer solutions and suggestions. PriceEdge also integrates well with our existing ERP and ecommerce systems, making it a seamless part of our pricing workflow. The ability to customize strategies and visualize data in real time has helped us optimize our pricing dynamically. **What do you dislike about PriceEdge?** The platform is robust, but at times the number of features can feel overwhelming—especially in the early stages of use. Some reporting capabilities could be made more user-friendly for non-technical stakeholders, and certain integrations required more manual effort than initially anticipated. That said, the PriceEdge team is very open to feedback and continues to roll out improvements regularly. **What problems is PriceEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** PriceEdge is helping us solve one of the most critical and time-consuming challenges in our business: managing and optimizing pricing across multiple markets and channels. Before adopting PriceEdge, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual processes, which were error-prone and difficult to scale. With PriceEdge, we've been able to: Automate complex pricing rules across regions and product lines Respond faster to market changes by dynamically updating prices Maintain pricing consistency across sales platforms Make better decisions with clear visualizations and data-driven insights As a result, we’ve not only improved our pricing accuracy and margin performance, but also saved considerable time for our pricing and product teams. PriceEdge has the features to do the same, but the focus is more on attribute-based pricing, which is preferable for sales with a technical focus, where the turnover often is not fast enough for the data to support turnover-based optimization. In this niche, I believe PriceEdge is the number one choice on the market. **What do you dislike about PriceEdge?** PriceEdge just moved to a new data platform to support long-term development. Whereas this does seem like a good choice long-term, it has come with a cost of functionality here and now, causing the users to have to rebuild work processes that used to work just fine. Disruption may be good for us in the long run, but we hate it when it happens, right. **What problems is PriceEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** PriceEdge especially helps keep our prices internally consistent. Often, a pricing discussion with a customer is initiated by them noticing the price for item A being inconsistent with the price for item B. And of course, the customer will claim that the lowest price relative to perceived value should set the standard, lowering the average price on items A and B. Removing or greatly reducing that internal inconsistency leads to fewer pricing discussions with customers which again leads to higher average prices. Paradoxically, even if the customers are paying higher average prices, the perceived consistency in our pricing will lead them to be more content with our prices. ### 3. A great, very quick responsing team working on pricing system development & implementation and its further development as well. Great value for money!!! **What do you dislike about PriceEdge?** Most of the requirements & needs fulfilled - the rest (about 10%) can't be achieved having a very strict and complicated pricing strategy & policy, however, it would be the same issue with other pricing software providers. **What problems is PriceEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing solution for very individualized price management process. Right now, we have a very clear process with its technical execution via PriceEdge. Before - many days to complete the price management process in a monthly cycle, right now - few days to manage the whole price management for a huge SKU's data set from data input, price simulations by many other teams , to data output - huge savings on working time, currently pricing team can focus on other assignements. ### 4. The Item insights provide an immediate understanding of what is occurring on the market for each product; in fact, the competition is easy to understand thanks to the tracking of competitors prices. As result we have the ability to react quickly to market’s movements, relying on a powerful and precise rule engine where customers can choose among a high number of options, in order to create a well organized and effective set of strategies. Besides the perfomance and technical side, Price Edge team is always disposable and prompt to give support, playing an active role, studying tool customization, facing any challenge raised into a fast-moving market. It’s clear that their strong aim is always to improve features offered for a better customer experience and performance. **What do you dislike about PriceEdge?** Areas where they still have to reach the top are analytics and reporting, just believing that Price Edge still have potential to express in these areas and make their tool even more time saving (anyway we work and perform good with the current features); actually, since they are always looking for better solution to provide, they and us already agreed on features to develop and release in order to reach that goal and I’m sure we’ll see results in the next few monthes. **What problems is PriceEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can take under control our assortement, KPIs and our performances in terms of margin and revenues and adjust quickly, if needed, our strategies, based also on competitors monitoring ### 11. The system also helps me manage a vast amount of SKU's on multiple regional price lists and makes it easy to plan and execute timed pricing updates. The system saves me a lot of time with the standard automated functionalities - for example when I add a new price on the central price list, the linked price lists will also be populated with a new price according to the rules I have set. **What do you dislike about PriceEdge?** Some of the built in reports don't match with my requirements. A great thing though is that with a click of a button I can take all the needed data down to an Excel file and complete my analysis there. **What problems is PriceEdge solving and how is that benefiting you?** PriceEdge helped our organization in taking our pricing to the next quality level.
