What stands out the most is the ease of use combined with the depth of functionality. The interface is intuitive, even for users who aren’t pricing experts, and the logic behind pricing rules is clear and flexible. Implementation was smoother than expected, thanks to the excellent onboarding team who really took the time to understand our needs.
Their customer support is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable, always quick to offer solutions and suggestions. PriceEdge also integrates well with our existing ERP and ecommerce systems, making it a seamless part of our pricing workflow. The platform is robust, but at times the number of features can feel overwhelming—especially in the early stages of use. Some reporting capabilities could be made more user-friendly for non-technical stakeholders, and certain integrations required more manual effort than initially anticipated.
