Nothing warning before you buy product! Please be careful with this company, they do not consider returns despite their obligations. I recommend contacting the relevant institutions right away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Prestashop Multi-vendor Marketplace by Knowband? I warn against purchasing modules for PrestaShop from this company. The company refuses to issue a refund despite meeting both legal requirements and their own return policy. Furthermore, they confirmed through chat and support that the problem cannot be solved in any other way (shipping methods), even though the demo module did not allow for testing shipping. I asked about this on the chat and was given a correct answer, but tests on my own website turned out to be completely different. I have now reported the matter to PayPal and consumer protection institutions. If someone has any doubts - I will gladly describe the problem in detail along with posting screenshots.
