**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

Being Non Technical founder, I love the team of YoKart, they have the unique combo in the market.  We normally find companies with the significant size very professional, work to the point and follow all the terms in the contract.  Contrarily on the other size many small companies are very accommodating but their work is horrible, not meeting deadlines and doing things unprofessionally.  
The best thing I found in Yo Kart / FATbit products and systems is that they have ready made upto date system for founders to launch immediately, test the water, get validation and start pitching to VCs. They made founders life so convenient in this crowded world. 
One Caution for the new founders interested to work with FATbit,
Take your Ocygen Cylinders with you while working with them, because they are going to amaze you and take your breathe out.

They are very professional, and some times their layer of approvals take little bit of extra time.

They have ready made solutions, on the very nominal charges, what else any founder can dream of ? 
Many founders waste there energy and time on building things from scratch, It is very easy to buy readymade and customize it as per needs.

Professionalism, responsiveness, dedication, and technical expertise. Workflow challenges were handled with patience, precision, and genuine care. Their communication was always timely, clear, and solution-oriented, making what could have been a stressful development process feel collaborative and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

Time zone… an issue they have no power over. We were operating with a 12 hour time difference. They made adjustments on their side, but it was difficult nonetheless for both parties to adjust schedules.

We are now able to provide alternative well-being services, products and courses to people across the globe who are interested in solutions beyond traditional western medicine.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

Yo!Kart’s GoQuick Boost package gave me everything I needed to launch quickly—lifetime license, a web app, and even mobile buyer apps. The platform is flexible, allowing me to set up detailed category structures and product fitment options (crucial for the auto parts industry). Vendor management, secure payments, and direct buyer-seller messaging are all built in. The admin dashboard is straightforward, and daily inventory updates from multiple suppliers work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

There’s room for improvement with more built-in integrations and design customization out of the box. Some advanced features require custom development, and the learning curve can be a bit steep if you’re new to marketplace platforms.

Yo!Kart solved several key problems for me:
Multi-Vendor Functionality Out of the Box: I needed a system where multiple sellers could list products, manage inventory, and communicate directly with buyers. Yo!Kart made this possible without extensive customization.
Detailed Product Categorization: For truck parts, it’s essential to filter by year, make, and model. Yo!Kart’s flexible category and attribute management let me build a marketplace that actually works for my target customers.
Scalability and Ownership: The self-hosted, lifetime license means I’m not locked into monthly fees, and I have full control as my business grows.

What I like best about Yo!Kart is its all-in-one setup for launching and managing a multi-vendor store. The platform is easy to navigate, even for non-technical users. **What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

Yokart is easy to use, Almost everything is customizable within dashboard so there is hardly any coding knowledge required. Even links to be added in html head are given in box fields so that we don't mess with source code. separate seller and buyer dashboards are user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

some of the features that were tiring are that we need to add meta title and descriptions manually, software does not update it from catalog. So in order to add a product we need to add catalog, then inventory then meta title and Description. So sellers are often reluctant to add too many details.

**What problems is Yo!Kart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted an E-commerce where people with little knowledge about e-commerce and low budget could benefit their small businesses to grow. Yokart solved this problem with a budget friendly high quality marketplace software.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

I spent a huge chunk of my savings for Worpdress plugins and ADS in order to setup my multivendor marketplace. 6 months of custom developments and tryings, just to get emails from my vendors, that the system is very unintuitive and hard to use. The UI//UX was also terrible. All that until I found about Yo!kart. Took three days of research to compare the other similar platforms, but hands down, this was the best one and exaclty what I was looking for! The team also installs the platform on your own server for free!

The lack of custom themes for the goQuick package.

The posibility to start a business for a few days only, without worrying for anything else

No additional design themes for the front end of the website. They only allow the change of elements in the given theme.

Not that I can think of. They were flexible to most of our requests.

It would have taken so much time and money to create a marketplace from scratch but with Yo! Kart B2B package, everything was easy and fast. It is great to have a variety of add-ons, especially payment method and language/currency.

Very responsive support during website setup and excellent after-sales service. The platform was everything I expected and the setup itself was quite easy. Everything they said they would do they did and delivered on time. I can relax knowing that my startup is setting off on a good solid foundation.

We believe there is no competitor in this platform when it comes to multi-vendor platforms, we tried a lot of platforms before we moved on to Yo!Kart, we didn't find other platforms that we found on Yo!Kart.

Another thing we would love is if this system has plug-ins and apps, but I hope it will be available in the future.

The system takes some getting used to. Can be a bit limited to what you can and cannot do which forces you to do customizations. The system could offer more versatile layout customization.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

I started my journey by visiting various forums and asking friends about e-commerce platforms and how I should go about starting mine. 

Here comes YoKart. YoKart from the start has always been very transparent, accommodating, and helpful. 

After purchasing the GoQuick package I was greeted by professionals and a very knowledgeable Abhishek.
The GoQuick package came with the demo version and from there you can either customize it yourself or have them do it for you by purchasing hours. The admin/cms system that comes with it, albeit complex and taking effort to learn, is full of customizable features and comes with every thing you need. 
For custom integration, you can also purchase development hours. Regarding pricing YoKart offers some of the best in the business. 

Abhishek is part of the reason this experience of mine has been so great. Quick responses, transparency, patience, and accommodation is what I have been given from him and YoKart.

All in all I am very likely to recommend YoKart to a friend.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

There is not much or anything to dislike.

The only thing I can imagine bothering some people is the difference in time zone. For example, I am in the western part of the US and 10:30 PM at night here is 11 AM for them. 
Personally I don't mind it at all.

**What problems is Yo!Kart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coding and creating a custom website is a very tedious and time taking task, many of us don't have the time nor the knowledge to do such thing. 

YoKart really seals the deal when it comes to accommodating every thing you need for creating a website. If you want it, it can be done. 

A benefit to all of this is the willingness of staff to help; the people you work with care.

When I first started my journey of creating a website, the multi vendor aspect is intimidating but that is alleviated by YoKart.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

The overall broad customization options are great. Whatever you have in mind, the yokart team will try to make it happen. Also, I am not not a technical person and needed some assistance and guidance on our server and some other technical issue we were facing when moving from shopify to yokart, the team was always there to assist.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

Sometimes, especially when working on websites & online shops, some alternative contact persons would have been nice to have as we work at irregular hours and could not reach out for assistance at every hour or on the weekends. Also, sometimes the communication was (on both ends) perhaps misleading and I got to learn to be very precise with visual aids in our goals and aspirations. However, once that miscommunication was overcome, Yokart delivered a spot-on-service!

**What problems is Yo!Kart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have finaly enabled our sellers to log in themselves and do all kind adjustments to their account, profile & shop. We aim to grow in size, now that sellers can do the account edit and we do not have to make it for them.

Yo!Kart always tries to meet our requests and works heavily to make our vision and goals possible.

The default marketplace is very complex as it has a lot of functionalities. It takes some time to understand what functionalities you need. Once you have figured that out, you can simplify the website to your needs.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

We went for the QuickGo package. Affordable and just what we are looking for. Customer service (Jaspreet and Aditya) was and still are, super helpful and willing to assist in every way possible.

**What do you dislike about Yo!Kart?**

At the moment, we have no complaints. We are pretty satisfied with the product and services provided. Great and affordable packages - cheaper than some of the ones we've researched.

**What problems is Yo!Kart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A start-up business, in search of a multivendor platform that is easy to use and affordable at the same time. We came across YoKart and was very impressed by the system. Upon clicking on "test trial", we received an email of demo link to play around with the system. We find that pretty helpful because we could test and check out the entire ecosystem before making the purchase. We got the QuickGo package and pretty happy with it! We'll probably look into the other packages where we could customise the website in the future.

**What do you like best about Yo!Kart?**

I now have 2 licences from them and about to get a 3rd that should show now impressed and confident I am using their technology. To make it better it’s the support team, especially Salvi who is assigned to our project, she is quick, smart and most imp answers questions diligently. It just been great.

Not much just few extra features and flow which I know they are already working on. So there is not much I can say

We have a better marketplace products, It’s probably the best out there. It’s cost effective and stable.
