How easy it is to use and any questions are quickly answered via live chat

I don't think I disliked anything while using practicesuite.

Easy medical billing system, not difficult to get write offs done or adjustments.

I love using it for the multifunctional tasks of balancing different files

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

It takes a while to learn the software. I believe it is not as user friendly compared to other software.

Telemedicine and patient engagement services that are easily connected to billing services

Very user friendly and easy to follow for patients and users

Connection speed not the best but may be a institution problem

Due to covid we have had an increase in emedicine visits

**What do you like best about PracticeSuite?**

Since its cloud based, I am able to use it anywhere and at any time I want.

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

Some instructions were hard to follow but overall good. Setting up new cases can be a challenge at time. I  think the process could flow a little better.

**Recommendations to others considering PracticeSuite:**

Great software at a great price!

**What problems is PracticeSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like it because it makes patient billing easy to follow and you are able to use both UB04S AND CMS1500  for billing.

**What do you like best about PracticeSuite?**

Scheduling system is clear and easy to use. I like to be able to see everything laid out. Glad we can still drag and drop scheduled appointments.  Fairly easy to create templates for electronic medical records. 

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

Challenging to incorporate information for pediatric patients like parent names. Portal is also not as easy to use as I would like. Can only type in small amounts of information. There are often time two sections for the same thing (notes, two signature sections for electronic medical record), which could be consolidated. Would also like to be able to pull up certain information form the scheduling form without moving to different tabs. I would also like to be able to get rid of tabs/sections of practice suite that we do not utilize. 

**Recommendations to others considering PracticeSuite:**

Somewhat challenging to manuever around initially. Can tailor to your needs most of the time. 

**What problems is PracticeSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Challenging to incorporate information for pediatric patients. Portal is also not as easy to use as I would like. Can only type in small amounts of information. Easy program to utilize with people who do not work in the same building. Customer service are generally easy to get in touch with.

**What do you like best about PracticeSuite?**

Practicesuite is user friendly. The scheduling page is easy to navigate and create/cancel/reschedule appointments 

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

It was confusing to learn how to save a canned sheet for a client. It is important to be able to have a saved plan/saved goals for the client so that notes can be completed quickly. I think learning how to do this should be made more clear.

I like that we can upload documents to practicesuite under a specific patients file.

**What do you like best about PracticeSuite?**

I like the simplicity of the scheduler in that we can view all the therapists’ schedule for that day or you own week schedule. I like the organization of the colors based on different appointments. 

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

I don’t like that it automatically kicks you out after 1 hour inactivity or freezes when you’re mid note. It would be nice if there was an auto save for when you’re writing your note so you don’t lose it. I don’t like the ads that were initially on the bottom of the screen.

**What do you like best about PracticeSuite?**

The scheduler is easy to navigate and helpful when trying to match up times with other clinicians, it’s not too visually crowded. The inter office messaging system is easy to use as well. 

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

It can be difficult to access patient information from the Clinical Desktop. 

**What problems is PracticeSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our front office manager has been able to upload documents through the secure site to keep in patient files, which is safer than filing physical copies.

What like about PracticeSuite is that your able to get costumer support at anytime. If you have any issue you can let PraticeSuite know and they will fix it for you. 

**What do you dislike about PracticeSuite?**

Sometimes after updates the service is slow or some updates are not useful.

**What problems is PracticeSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple benefits include: scheduling is easy, billing is easy, all documents are easy to access. Really easy to contact support if their is a problem
