"Secure Log in"

What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

Single point of log in for all apps and programs creates a secure environment.

There is a great audit trail so I can see when staff log in, to which programs and using what IP.

I can easily assist with issues via the admin portal.

What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?

"Speedy helpful support and a great product"

What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?

What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Practice Protect platform saves our team from having to remember passwords to all our online applications.

The Practice Protect environment gives our business peace of mind in knowing that our online platforms are using strong passwords and our team are not having to remember ANY of these passwords!

A password change on shared logins is so easy to apply and no-one in that user group even knows a change has taken place.

"An incredible firm tool to maximise safety and efficiency!"

What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

PracticeProtect has been a great addition to our tech stack for our accounting firm. We have a fully remote team and wouldn't be able to function securely without it. The team love that all their logins are in one place and I love that I don't have to worry about the safety of client data. The support is also great and we work with the PP team regularly to ensure that we are set up and running our systems in the most efficient way possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?

The only downside I have (and there may be a way to fix this that I don't know of) is not being able to access apps via phone anymore as the password is unknown. For example, the Xero phone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cyber security is a huge threat to our industry and for me, PracticeProtect is key to ensuring not only our client data is secure but so is our own. The fact that it provides a single sign-on for our team is great and means I can lock out team members that no longer work for the firm and don't have to worry about data being stolen either. What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

I love how quick, easy and secure it is to access all of my client's websites in one location. Having over 150 clients with multiple logins for each, Practice Protect has simplified our process all while keeping the safety of the client's sensitive information secure. Recommendations to others considering PracticeProtect:

In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical to make the move and use Practice Protect, but looking back I am sorry why I did not use it earlier as it just makes everything much easier as we all know there is just so many usernames and passwords to remember but since joining the Practice Protect its set and forget and everything is just at the click of a button and off you go.

If you are thinking of joining don't, just do it you will not be sorry, you will only be sorry if you don't do it. I just don't know where I would be if I did not join and used it myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?

All company apps on the same platform and password protected as well as easily allocated to the new staff members as well as revoking rights to existing staff in need be.
