There is a great audit trail so I can see when staff log in, to which programs and using what IP. I can easily assist with issues via the admin portal. Each user can be geo-locked according to the location. Great for remote working staff! **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** It was a bit of a palaver to set up but once done, it is seamless. The support staff were and still are, very very helpful. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security. I am happy knowing that our log ins are secure (as they can be in this day and age!) ### 2. The support team respond so quickly, are very helpful and ensure your issue has been resolved before closing a ticket. **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** The platform works great and the only time issues are experienced are when the software applications we use change their login page or script. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Practice Protect platform saves our team from having to remember passwords to all our online applications. The Practice Protect environment gives our business peace of mind in knowing that our online platforms are using strong passwords and our team are not having to remember ANY of these passwords! A password change on shared logins is so easy to apply and no-one in that user group even knows a change has taken place. It is very quick and easy to disable a staff member when they leave our practice and you can have confidence that no business applications can be accessed. ### 5. We have a fully remote team and wouldn't be able to function securely without it. The team love that all their logins are in one place and I love that I don't have to worry about the safety of client data. The support is also great and we work with the PP team regularly to ensure that we are set up and running our systems in the most efficient way possible. **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** The only downside I have (and there may be a way to fix this that I don't know of) is not being able to access apps via phone anymore as the password is unknown. For example, the Xero phone app. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyber security is a huge threat to our industry and for me, PracticeProtect is key to ensuring not only our client data is secure but so is our own. The fact that it provides a single sign-on for our team is great and means I can lock out team members that no longer work for the firm and don't have to worry about data being stolen either. ### 6. Having over 150 clients with multiple logins for each, Practice Protect has simplified our process all while keeping the safety of the client's sensitive information secure. **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** Nothing, everything is excellent! If there is ever an issue, the support staff is right there to answer and solve the problem within 24 hours. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The two issues I have had are adding a new app to the main screen and then when a website updates, the password not functioning as it should. ### 7. I sincerely hope it stays this way. 😀 **Recommendations to others considering PracticeProtect:** In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical to make the move and use Practice Protect, but looking back I am sorry why I did not use it earlier as it just makes everything much easier as we all know there is just so many usernames and passwords to remember but since joining the Practice Protect its set and forget and everything is just at the click of a button and off you go. If you are thinking of joining don't, just do it you will not be sorry, you will only be sorry if you don't do it. I just don't know where I would be if I did not join and used it myself. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** All company apps on the same platform and password protected as well as easily allocated to the new staff members as well as revoking rights to existing staff in need be. Not to mention hassle-free passwords for all the apps used as they are managed by the system administrator. ### 9. Never will we not have this level of security again. **Recommendations to others considering PracticeProtect:** I am shocked, shocked at how good the support is. It is like the people really truly like working there. Each time I'm just surprised at how to access and the response. I almost can hardly believe how easy and qualified each person is. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Controlling users access and stopping access either temporarily or permanently. Just email, and within a few minutes, you have a Tech Support person (Kurt is a champion) assisting you. **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but if we could add apps in Chrome, instead of having to use Firefox, it would be handy. But it is a real minor thing. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem was the storage of so many passwords in a safe, secure way, and authorizing certain staff access to certain passwords, programs, applications. Even from the slightest to most urgent, they will accommodate you no matter what. **What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?** Late response due to the level of priority set by them. I don't really hate this as I understand the level of priority, but for some reason, it is not always the same for each company or professionals at all times. **What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Access to all web-based applications our company uses with a single log-in credential. It's beneficial to have a portal with all the applications you used in the company with just a single log-in credential. It's time-saving and harmless as you don't need to remember all the passwords to each application. ### 14.
