I was able to copy from Word and paste in a fully formatted release and not have to worry about having to waste time re-entering links. I also like how well everything is spelled out so you never have to guess. BTW, the speed of the release going live was a very close second. **What do you dislike about PR Distribution?** I really can't think of anything I openly disliked. I would have preferred that some of the options were a little cheaper but that's something I can certainly live with. **What problems is PR Distribution solving and how is that benefiting you?** This was/is a very cost-effective and time-efficient way of creating awareness for my store. It's all a very cost-effective and time-efficient way of getting high-level backlinks that can only help with SEO. I like the list of Distribution websites, which can cover the needs of nearly any type of business. Customer support is very supportive and they make sure to keep up with customers during the entire process and help them in any potential challenge that they can face. Last but not the least, the reports are absolutely nice and easy to review. Definitely 1st go-to choice for startups and those who want big results on a short budget. **What do you dislike about PR Distribution?** The downside of PR Distribution is the absence of live chat support, and the only kind of support they have is email. Sometimes during submitting the press, comes out some basic questions which would be perfect to cover through live chat support, at least offering it on a priority basis, will make our life way easier. I've used many other wire services and my press releases get picked up immediately. My press release doesn't even appear on Google when I search the entire headline. I asked for a refund and they have not even addressed the request for a refund. **Recommendations to others considering PR Distribution:** Stay far away from this company they do not deliver what they promise on their pricing page.
