It makes sending and collecting important yearly documents a breeze. It also allows us to keep track of who did not complete the documents and keep up to date information between our integrated systems. Getting it set up was very easy, implmentation took less then 3 months and integrated with our other TalentED products and eFP system. **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Employee Records?** We have been using the software for just under a year and have not really experienced anything we truly dislike about the software. It has made HR processes much easier and it is one the best PS software systems they have in my opinion. **What problems is PowerSchool Employee Records solving and how is that benefiting you?** With such a large organization. Keeping track of paper copies and who or who has not completed necessary paperwork had been a nightmare. We can now seemlessly send any document in our library and get a digitially filled out response. ### 2. I have trouble finding the right page the first time, and the labels for submission are not in common submitting language. **Recommendations to others considering PowerSchool Employee Records:** Sit down with someone familiar with the program for the first time. That will cut down on how much time you spend trying to find documents on it later. **What problems is PowerSchool Employee Records solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software keeps all of the critical documentation a school needs in one place. This service allows for admin and staff to communicate back and forth without the need for hard copies of vital documents to be issued. ### 3. Not sure if you can use any scripting language but JS is a good language to use. The fact that JavaScript is used makes learning the language for this and other potential projects. **What do you dislike about PowerSchool Employee Records?** Sometimes it can be a bit tedious to get certain features to work. But when they do everything is seamless. The script view could use a better UI as putting it all as a minified file view makes it hard to soft through the code. **What problems is PowerSchool Employee Records solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am more learning it to see if it's worth learning the platform. The company I work for is looking into Employee management systems and this is one of the ones we are evaluating. ### 4.
