After switching from intercom I was afraid if User.com will be a great match. A few weeks later I'm sure, that it's great tool with almost unlimited options.

Support Center - could be full of screencast or GIF explaining how to set up some automation, not only articles. In the past, we had several minor bugs but always reported it and received a fast reply that task was solved by their IT team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Positive User:

Contact User.com team and discuss with them your case. They're always happy to help and present you other use cases from other clients that migrated from other tools. Greatest value was to talk to their support team and ask for some recommendations. Also - if you are trying to migrate from other tools and you're simply afraid to lose anything - talk openly to their team to get instructions. What problems is Positive User solving and how is that benefiting you?

SaaS onboarding process via emails, popups, etc.; CRM; emailing to the user base and Live Chat. The tool itself is powerful and you can play with it for many hours to discover countless options on how to improve your marketing automation. What do you like best about Positive User?

UserEngage provides a lot of features (chat, visitor tracking, forms, email campaigns, marketing automation, etc.) for the price. It is definitely a bang for your bucks.

UserEngage helped us to live chat with users and automate the chat. In fact, the chat tool is great!

What do you like best about Positive User?

Our platform, The-Collectory.com, is a members-only site focusing on luxury goods. With the help of UserEngage, we can easily understand the behavior of each and every one of our members, and therefore, deliver an extremely well-tailored and personalized customer service experience. The pricing structure. I don't like to pay per user because it incentivizes me to have less users. There are some features I don't use and would rather to pay per feature or some other structure. There have also been some kinks and bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are in the luxury business, so for us it's all about knowing and anticipating all of the needs of our clients. With UserEngage, we are able to track behavior, message and engage with clients. With the amount of information we learn from our clients (who they are, where are they visitng from, what they care about, etc.) we are able to deliver a truly personal shopping experience.
