Porter provided an easy way to connect the data from our meta ads to a looker studio. The integration was very quick to setup, in a couple minutes we were up and running without needing any technical knowledge which was great for our marketing team.

When I invited someone to my team they didn't receive the invitation but after all they were able to join the team.

We needed a way to connect the data from meta ads to our looker report so we can present everything to our clients in one screen. This makes it easier to provided accurate and up to date data to our clients.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

I like that it saves me time to generate report accurately and easily connects to social platforms. The UX makes it easy to use as you get to understand how it works

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

Navigating the platform was a bit challenging at first. I struggled to fully utilize its functions and initially relied on the pre-existing templates to get by.

There were moments when connections failed, and I had to troubleshoot with the help of customer support. That said, the team’s support was a game-changer! He walked me through common issues and provided practical tips that made me much more agile in resolving them.

One tip for new users: Don’t hesitate to claim your free report setup. It’s incredibly helpful for getting the most out of the platform. It not only streamlines the integration process but also gives you the confidence to explore Looker and Excel reporting options without feeling overwhelmed.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

I like its ease of use, and because I had already used similar solutions before Porter, the learning curve was almost instantaneous. The fact that it can connect to data sources like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook is extremely relevant for marketing teams like mine, which adds a lot of daily value.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

I’m somewhat dissatisfied with the support channel. I’ve noticed a few service issues in recent months, and the only way to find out what’s happening with the tool is via the chat support on their website, which I find slow and annoying. I think they should implement a live status channel or something similar, so we can avoid a lot of frustration when our reports go down.

On the other hand, I love the Google Sheets solution; however, I believe it’s crucial that they include data filters soon, as this would greatly improve the product.

It helps me quickly share marketing information with my team and clients, which is essential for our daily KPI management and tracking.

Sometimes the connectors need to be refreshed manually if there's an account change, but support is quick to help. Would be great to have more visual customisation options inside the templates.

The Porter looker studio integration was easy to complete and provided the metrics we needed for a comprehensive overview of our business' locations performance on Google. 

The overview tab provides a nice overview of performance across main metrics (visibility, conversions) and the combination with user / company generated content is highlighted for easy access to main feedback from the market as well as an overview of current communication from our shops to the market.

The option to highlight local searches and overview of responses to user feedback are other benefits of using this template.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

The option of consolidating various business profiles into collective profiles enabling a segmented view (e.g. by country or region) could be a nice addtion to this template. Possibly these options are already available and the functionality needs to be explored further via a call with the customer support.

Some of the templates aren't as polished as I would like with gaps, things not quite working, etc.
I would like a simpler process to add in metrics that are key to us (eg. adds to basket) which will allow us at a glance to make improvements.

The connector was very easy to integrate with our existing Google business account and automatically synced all data from our existing business locations.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

Porter is a user-centric tool, unlike other solutions (PmA, SupMtrcs, Wndsr.ai, etc), Porter understands that the closer you are to the user, the better they use your product. In my team we have tested all the mentioned solutions, Porter is the N° 1 to answer any kind of query and even though it is already a complete product, they are constantly releasing new functionalities with the user in mind. Before Porter we spent hours, if not days trying to solve something that was solved with a quick interaction with support.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

If we make an evaluation of the market, Porter stands out with many qualities such as customer service, UX on the platform and connector for competitor analysis and others. It is really easy to use. I have nothing negative to highlight that is also something that is missing from other solutions in the market such as (slow loading times when you have a lot of data (solved with the integration of sheets in most cases, but requires more technical knowledge), facilities for data blend and attribution, tiktoks organic connector, among others.

Ease of integration and collection of diverse online media data sources at an affordable price. Lots of documentation, tutorials, templates, etc. this helps to reduce the learning curve.

Porter Metrics makes it easy to visualize and manage data in Looker Studio. The interface is intuitive, and I love how organized and customizable the dashboards are. It’s a great way to track key metrics in real time.

The main downside is the limited platforms it can pull data from. I wish it supported more sources, as I sometimes need to manually gather data from other platforms.

**What do you like best about Porter?**

The team is very knowledgeable and highly experienced with Data Visualization and reporting. In my industry (Digital Marketing) the Porter team delivered a wealth of knowledge before I even made a purchase, I was able to explore some online and offline solutions that I rolled out to a local business operating as a brick and mortar service-based business with an online appointment book system and payment. 

With Porter I could easily edit one of the templates as a solid baseline for an impactful ROAS report by highlighting conversion attribution across various channels.

Porter has been an excellent solution for me and my team, partnering with their solution has allowed for the less technical members of my team to gain more confidence when using Looker. We usually do daily monitoring with weekly and monthly reporting meetings with clients so a robust tool with data accuracy is of most importance, which is mainly why Porter met my team's requirements.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

The one thing I dislike about Porter mainly stems from the Looker platform, naturally, some connectors would regularly need troubleshooting but thankfully I was able to quickly set up a meeting with Juan who walked me through common issues I could encounter allowing me to be a lot more agile.

Don't be shy to claim your free report setup, it goes a long way in effectively integrating, especially and taking off the training wheels as you explore the available options for Looker and Excel reporting.

I don't like that it provides statistics for a longer period than the one for which it has data. For example, it gives me the engagement rate for the last 6 months, even though it only has data for the past 90 days. It should warn me that it doesn't have enough data to generate the information.

I do wish the free trial had been 30 days instead of 14 because getting it setup and then getting time scheduled to demo the new dashboard to management and then get approval often takes longer than expected.

Porter is helping us see all of our Google My Business Data broken out by each of our locations.  It's been very helpful in that regard and everything was easy to setup the way we wanted it.

Fast, intuitive tool to connect your data sources for creating reports in looker studio. Available template reports are very good and with little bit of customisation you can get yourself a nice easy to read and informative report. Have been testing it for reporting for meta ads. With extended trial aim to test amazon integration to create sales reports.

Integration with woocommerce did not work and i have recieved an answer that it has been deprecated. Hope it will be fixed in future
